Super rare! You will NOT find another one of these. From what I’ve researched, this was a promotional item from Cosmair which later became the famous L’Oreal. These were sold/given out to employees of their NYC store for the release of a Polo Sport fragrance. How Igloo comes into play, I don’t know.
