If you need to adjust anything — pricing, descriptions, or photos — you can do that before or after crosslisting.

Inventory Sync

Coming Soon: Relisting and Offer Management

FLUF Connect is actively developing additional features for Etsy. Automatic relisting — which refreshes your listings to keep them visible in search results — is currently available for Depop and eBay, and Etsy support is on the roadmap. Similarly, offer management (sending price drops and offers to interested buyers) is being developed for Etsy.

Setting Up Etsy Crosslisting

Getting started with Etsy crosslisting takes just a few minutes. Here is the step-by-step process:

1. Create a FLUF Connect account — Sign up at fluf.io/connect. Your first 30 days are free, and no credit card is required.
2. Connect your Etsy shop — From the Channels page in your FLUF dashboard, click on Etsy and follow the authorisation flow. You will be redirected to Etsy to grant FLUF permission to access your shop.
3. Connect your other platforms — Add your Depop, eBay, Vinted, Shopify, or Facebook accounts using the same process. The more channels you connect, the more powerful your crosslisting becomes.
4. Import your inventory — FLUF will pull in your existing listings from all connected platforms. You can also create new listings manually or import via CSV.
5. Start crosslisting — Select the products you want to list on Etsy, click crosslist, and choose Etsy as the destination. FLUF transfers all product data automatically.
6. Enable inventory sync — Once your products are listed across multiple platforms, inventory sync keeps everything in balance. This is enabled by default for all connected channels.

The entire setup process typically takes under 10 minutes. Once connected, your Etsy shop stays synced with all your other platforms automatically.
