FLUF Weekly Highlights: F is For Facebook Marketplace, Intesa Agent Expansion, Revised FC Docs

Happy New Year!

The latest from FLUF this week

⚗️ Facebook Marketplace Testing

Our FB Marketplace integration is almost here. If you’d like to contribute to the initial feedback and testing for this new channel, you’re welcome to reply to this email.

If you’re reading this and your FLUF account has fallen outside it’s free trial period, you can still let us know if you’d be keen to test out FBM.

✨ Intesa Updates

We’ve spent some time analysing Intesa agent conversations and have made considerable accuracy and capability improvements to the general agent.

As a reminder, Intesa is the AI assistant we’ve built into FLUF Connect that can answer questions about anything to do with your account. Product information, sales analyses, bulk job information and more. In addition we’ve added the ability for Intesa to generate downloadable CSVs with the information you’ve requested of it. Try it out by launching the Intesa sidebar via the Robot icon in the FC header section.

📖 Revised Documentation

We’ve also updated the support docs for FC. This includes revisions to almost every existing guide as well as more granular documentation for many of the other sub pages of FLUF Connect such as Bulk jobs, Intesa, Daily Metrics and more. Please continue to share your feedback – it helps us keep this documentation useful.

🔧 Other Smaller Improvements

  • Channels Convenience Button: Been here? You’re on your way to crosslist, then you get a big message about needing to ensure you’re connected to Vinted. You can now manage your Channels’ affairs conveniently from the Listings page (without having to leave) with the new Channels button we’ve added at the top after the Auto Crosslist button.
  • Orders Force Sync Button: On the Orders page, we’ve added the ability to force the syncing of items contained in the order manually, just select one or multiple orders in the table, followed by the “Sync Inventory” button.
  • Depop Connectivity Icon: The channels page shows you’re always connected to Depop, but how can you tell if you currently have an active token? Now you can via the new connectivity icon placed on the Depop channel card, similar to what we provide for Vinted. Green = good, red = trigger a new token extraction through your Chrome extension.

Best,
Gos
