Creating a Manual Listing

Sometimes you want full control over every field. Here's how to create a listing manually:

Step 1: Navigate to Create

1. Go to Connect → Listings
2. Click Create Listing

Step 2: Upload Images

Click Upload Images or drag and drop

Upload at least one image (up to 20 recommended)

First image becomes the main image

Drag to reorder images

Step 3: Enter Product Details

Required Fields:

• Title: Clear, descriptive title (50-80 characters ideal)
• Price: Your selling price in GBP/USD/EUR
• Category: Select from FLUF categories
• Condition: New, Like New, Good, Fair, Poor

Recommended Fields:

Brand: Helps with searchability

Size: Include measurements if possible

Color: Primary color(s)

Department: Womens, Mens, Kids

Description: Detailed condition notes, measurements, styling tips

SKU: Your internal product code (auto-generated if blank)

Step 4: Select Channels

Check which marketplaces to list on

Each channel shows if account is connected

Hover over channel for platform-specific price preview (includes any price adjustments you've set)

Step 5: Advanced Options (Optional)

Set channel-specific prices

Adjust inventory quantity

Add custom tags

Set variations (if applicable)

Step 6: Review and Create

Review all details in the preview panel

Click Create Listing

FLUF will crosslist to all selected channels

You'll see progress for each channel

After Creation:

View your listing in the Listings table

Edit anytime by clicking the listing

Changes sync to all channels (excluding Vinted - requires relist)

Track performance across all platforms

Pro Tips:

Use keywords in title for better SEO

Include measurements in description

Take photos in natural light

Check spelling and grammar
