Creating a Manual Listing

Here's how to create a listing on FLUF Connect:

Step 1: Navigate to Create

1. Go to Connect → Listings
2. Click Create Listing

Step 2: Upload Images

1. Drop your images into the upload area, or click to browse
2. Upload up to 20 images — the first image becomes the main product photo
3. Drag to reorder images, or use the arrow buttons
4. AI will automatically analyse your images and fill in product details (title, description, category, brand, and more)

Step 3: Review Product Details

AI pre-fills most fields from your images. Review and edit as needed:

Required Fields:

• Title: Clear, descriptive title (50-80 characters ideal)
• Description: Detailed condition notes, measurements, styling tips. Toggle "Different per marketplace" to customise descriptions for each channel
• Price: Your selling price in your account currency
• Category: Select from FLUF categories
• Condition: Brand New, Like New, Used - Excellent, Used - Good, Used - Fair

Optional Fields:

• Brand: Helps with searchability across marketplaces
• Size: Select from available sizes
• Color: Primary colour(s) — you can select multiple
• Department: Womens, Mens, Kids, etc.
• SKU: Your internal product code (auto-generated if blank)

Step 4: Select Channels

1. After creating your listing, select which marketplaces to crosslist to
2. Only connected channels are available
3. Click Start Crosslisting and FLUF handles the rest

After Creation:

• View your listing in the Listings table
• Edit anytime by clicking the listing
• Changes sync to all channels (excluding Vinted — requires relist)

Pro Tips:

• Upload 2+ clear photos in good lighting for the best AI results
• Include brand tags in your photos — AI recognises 10,000+ brands
