Create a listing from photos or manually

Create an item on Listings → Create. AI can suggest details from your photos, and you can enter or correct the fields yourself. For a spreadsheet or folders of photos, use Import listings in bulk.

Upload your photos

1. Open Listings → Create.
2. Upload up to 20 photos. The first is the main product photo; drag to reorder them.
3. Use Enable AI Analysis and Analyze with AI if you want suggested details. Review the result before publishing.

Photograph the front, back, brand and care labels, plus any faults, in clear light. AI may misidentify brands, materials or condition; add measurements and any details you can verify yourself.

Enter or review the listing details

Required Fields:

• Title: Clear, descriptive title (50-80 characters ideal)
• Description: Detailed condition notes, measurements, styling tips. Toggle "Different per marketplace" to customise descriptions for each channel
• Price: Your selling price in your account currency
• Category: Select from FLUF categories
• Condition: Brand New, Like New, Used - Excellent, Used - Good, Used - Fair

Optional Fields:

• Brand: Helps with searchability across marketplaces
• Size: Select from available sizes
• Color: Primary colour(s) — you can select multiple
• Department: Womens, Mens, Kids, etc.
• SKU: Your internal product code (auto-generated if blank). If you keep your codes in the item description instead, write the code on its own line — for example SKU: AB-1234 or SKU-010 — and FLUF picks it up automatically.

Choose where to list

Select your connected marketplaces and click Start Crosslisting. Check the result in Listings; an item may need further information or marketplace review before it is live. See Crosslist your first listing for the full workflow.

To change an item already listed, follow Edit an existing listing and choose which channels receive the update.

Save your listing rules

Guide the AI with your own instructions — how you want titles, descriptions, sizes and details written:

• "Focus on vintage details"
• "Start every title with the brand, then the item type"
• "Read the material from the wash-tag photo"
• "Describe in a casual, friendly tone"

Save these as your listing rule and every new listing follows your house style automatically. Open Settings (the gear on the create page or on any product form) → Listing Rules to set it up. You can also add rules that only apply to a specific brand, category or channel.

Tweak it when you regenerate: when you re-run the AI on a listing, the prompt box is pre-filled with your saved rule. Edit it to fine-tune just that one item — then turn on Save as my listing rule to keep the change for all future listings, or leave it off to use your tweak for this regeneration only.

Choose the AI writing language

By default the AI writes titles and descriptions in English. If you sell on Subito, Leboncoin, Vinted Poland or anywhere buyers expect another language, set AI writing language in the same Settings panel (above the listing-rules box) — every new AI-generated title and description is then written in that language automatically, on web and on the mobile app. You don't need to add "write in Italian" to your listing rules; the dropdown does it for you.

Not the same as translation on the way out: this setting controls the language the AI creates in on FLUF. If instead you write in your own language on FLUF but want listings sent to foreign channels in theirs, use Translate Listings When Crosslisting (Settings → General, plus an optional per-channel override).

On mobile

The mobile app is built around AI listing creation — the camera opens by default and AI takes over from there.

1. Snap a photo with the shutter button (or pick from your gallery — up to 20 photos per listing).
2. AI analysis starts immediately in the background. Keep taking photos of other angles, tags, or details — you don't have to wait.
3. After ~7 seconds the AI preview overlay slides up showing title, price range, brand, category, and condition.
4. Tap Quick List to crosslist immediately to your selected channels, or Edit to open the full product form first.

The form loads in two passes: basic fields (title, price, brand, category, condition) appear instantly, while description, department, size, and colours fill in via a second AI pass — start editing right away without waiting.

Auto-Tagging is on by default and analyses your first photo automatically. If you'd rather capture several products before processing, toggle it off in More → AI Settings. The same screen lets you set a Typical Title & Description to guide AI toward your usual writing style.

Photo tips for mobile:

• Use natural or bright indoor light
• Plain background — let the product be the focus
• Get a close-up of the brand tag for accurate brand detection

Storage capacity and RAM

For phones, tablets and computers, choose the category to see Storage capacity and RAM in place of Size. Enter values with units, such as 128GB storage and 8GB RAM. Storage devices show storage capacity; memory modules show RAM.

Use values you can verify from the device settings, packaging or supplied details. Leave unknown values blank. If Vinted requires a missing capacity, add the verified value in the product editor before retrying. These fields are available on the website and in the mobile app.
