Keep your listings fresh and visible with FLUF's auto-relisting. Configure which items are reposted, how often, and which channels are included.

Navigate to: Listings → Relisting

Looking to limit how many new items go up each day? That's a different setting — a daily cap on the destination channel. See Crosslist Your First Listing. Relisting limits below only control re-posting of items that are already listed.

Relisting republishes an existing item. FLUF carries across its details; active Smart Pricing rules can change the price when it is relisted. Visibility depends on the marketplace.

For Designer Wardrobe, an unsupported size leaves the existing listing live. The Relisting page shows the sizes the category accepts. For Vinted, queued relists resume when Chrome and the extension are running.

Enabling Auto-Relisting

Go to Listings → Relisting
Find the channel you want to enable
Toggle Enable Relisting
The system starts relisting automatically

If you have more than one shop on a channel

Each shop gets its own card on the Relisting page, labelled with its username, and its own Enable Relisting toggle. Switching one off leaves the others running — useful if one of your shops is temporarily restricted and you want to leave it alone for a few days.

Turning it off stops automatic relisting for that shop only. Relisting an item yourself still works.

Daily Limit

Check the daily allowance shown on each channel card.

You can customise this with Relisting Strategies (see below).

Relisting Strategies

Strategies let you control which items get relisted first and how many per day.

Creating a Strategy

Go to Listings → Relisting → Strategies tab
Click Create Strategy
Configure your preferences:

Daily Limit

Proportional (default): An allowance based on the size of your inventory
Fixed: A specific number of items per day (e.g., exactly 50)

Sort Order — which items get relisted first:

Oldest first (default): Items that haven't been relisted for the longest get priority
Price: Prioritise your highest or lowest priced items
Category sell-through rate: Prioritise categories that sell best historically
Seasonality: Prioritise items that are in-season (winter coats in winter, etc.)

Minimum Age Filter

Only relist items older than X days (e.g., "only relist items that have been listed for at least 14 days")

You can create multiple strategies per channel — their daily limits stack.

Time Windows

Control when relisting runs by setting a time window.

How it works depends on the channel:

Vinted — Relisting only runs during the hours you set. Outside the window, it's paused until the window reopens the next day. Set the window wide enough that your daily quota can complete within it — if the window is too tight, your quota might not finish that day.
Depop / eBay / Shopify / Etsy — The window acts as "focus hours" for rate limiting. During focus hours, hourly rate limits apply to prevent bursting. Outside the window, relisting continues at a natural pace with no hourly limits — your daily quota is completed regardless.

To set up:

Go to Listings → Relisting
Find the channel card
Enable the Time Window toggle
Set your start and end hours (e.g., 7:00 – 23:00)

If no window is set, relisting runs 24/7 whenever your browser is active (Vinted) ; check the requirements above for other channels.

Manual Relisting

You can also relist specific items on demand.

Individual Items

Go to Listings
Click the ... menu on any listing
Select Relist and choose your channels

Bulk Relisting

Select multiple listings using the checkboxes
Choose Relist from the bulk actions
Select target channels and confirm

Manual relists are prioritised over auto-relists. Marketplace ceilings still apply, including Vestiaire's daily listing ceiling.

Monitoring

Recent Activity tab: See every relist with status and timestamps
Failed Relistings tab: Items that failed with error details and retry options
Statistics tab: Charts showing relisting volume over time
Up next preview (in the Auto Crosslisting Queue): Shows the next items auto-relist will pick on Vinted, Depop and eBay so you can see what's about to push. If you want to push something else first, add it to the manual relist queue — manual items are prioritised.

Troubleshooting

Relisting paused or not running?

Check that the channel is connected in Channels
For Vinted, make sure Chrome is open with the extension active
Check for error messages on the channel card — a recent failure may have triggered a temporary pause

Items stuck in queue (Vinted)?

Open Chrome to let the extension process queued items
If items stay stuck, try refreshing the Vinted tab while logged in

Daily limit reached?

This is normal — relisting spreads across the day/month to avoid rate limits
Your limit resets at midnight and items will continue tomorrow

eBay listing fee warnings?

Enable fee protection in your eBay channel settings to skip items that would incur fees
Check your eBay seller allowance — you may need to request more free listings from eBay
