Plans & Billing

Pick the plan that fits your inventory, pay monthly or yearly, and manage everything from one page.

Your Plans

Each plan sets how many active crosslisted products you can have — listings we've crosslisted that are still live and unsold. When an item sells it stops counting, so your total falls as you make sales.

  • Starter — up to 300 active products
  • Growth — up to 1,000
  • Seller — up to 2,500
  • Pro — up to 5,000
  • Super Seller — unlimited (custom pricing — tap Contact Us to get in touch)

Every plan includes every feature. What changes is how many products you can keep live, how often we check your marketplaces for sales, and how far back your history goes. For current prices, see the pricing page.

How far back you can look

Your dashboard, analytics, orders and listings log — and any CSV you export from them — go back as far as your plan allows:

  • Starter — last 90 days
  • Growth — last 12 months
  • Seller, Pro and Super Seller — your full history, with no limit

Windows beyond your plan appear locked in the timeframe menu rather than quietly returning less data. If your subscription lapses, this drops to the last 7 days until you resubscribe — nothing is deleted, and it all comes back when you do.

Your current plan is marked Current.

Subscribing, Upgrading or Downgrading

Tap Subscribe, Upgrade or Downgrade on the plan you want. A Stripe checkout window opens in a new tab — complete payment there. Your plan changes once Stripe confirms the payment (usually within seconds).

Already subscribed and moving up a plan? Upgrading is even quicker: a confirmation box shows exactly what's due today before you confirm. You only pay the difference for the rest of your current period — the time you've already paid for is credited, so you're never charged twice, and your renewal date stays the same. We use the card already on file.

iPhone / iPad users: Safari can block the checkout pop-up. If nothing happens when you tap the button and you see a "popup blocked" message, tap the address bar's AA icon → Website Settings → allow pop-ups for fluf.io, then try again. On the FLUF mobile app the checkout opens automatically inside the app.

Bonus Products (the "+" on your plan)

If you see something like Up to 1,000 +500 products, the +500 is extra capacity you've earned on top of your plan — from referrals, bonuses, or an arrangement with our team. It stays with you on every plan, so upgrading or downgrading never loses it. Learn more on the Bonuses and Referral Program pages.

Monthly or Yearly

Every plan shows its yearly price too. Paying yearly saves you at least 40% compared with paying every month.

Switching to Yearly

Already subscribed monthly and want to switch to yearly?

  • Web (/connect/settings/billing) — under your current plan card, tap the yellow Switch to annual — save £X/yr button. (The button only shows if you're currently on a monthly subscription. If you're already on yearly, or you don't have an active subscription yet, the button is hidden.)
  • FLUF mobile app — open the Profile tab and tap Switch to yearly billing & save.

A confirmation popup shows exactly what's due today and what you'll pay each year. Tap Confirm switch to complete.

You're never charged twice. The unused part of the month you've already paid for is credited toward the yearly price, so today's amount is reduced accordingly. We use the card already on your account.

If your card needs extra security checks (3-D Secure) or has been declined, we'll redirect you to a Stripe checkout page to finish the switch — your plan stays exactly as it was until that's done.

Managing Your Subscription

Tap Manage on your current plan card to open the secure Stripe billing portal, where you can:

  • Update your card or add a new payment method
  • Update your billing name and address
  • Download past invoices
  • Cancel your subscription

Cancelling

At the bottom of the Billing page, tap the small Unsubscribe link. We'll ask you to tell us why you're leaving in a short text box — this is required, so we can fix what isn't working before you go. Once you submit your reason, the Stripe billing portal opens in a new tab where you can complete the cancellation.

If your only issue is something we can help with, please message us first — we'd rather fix the problem than lose you.

Billing History

Below your plans, tap Billing History to expand a panel showing:

  • Promote balance — your remaining ad credit
  • Background-removal credits — remaining AI image-edit credits
  • Current subscription tier
  • The last 10 Promote ad transactions (date, description, amount, running balance)

For Stripe invoices (subscription charges, receipts, downloadable PDFs), use Manage to open the Stripe portal — that's where all invoice PDFs live.

Starting Your Trial

New accounts get 7 days of full access for £1 (or the equivalent in your currency). It starts when you crosslist your first item, not when you sign up — so take as long as you like connecting your channels, importing your listings and getting everything ready. None of that spends your trial, and none of it costs anything.

You'll see the offer at the top of the billing page, with a Start button. Setting up an automatic listing rule starts your trial too, because that lists items for you.

Everything except crosslisting stays free before you start: creating listings, editing them, letting the AI write your titles and descriptions, and connecting your channels.

What happens after the 7 days

Unless you cancel it, your trial rolls straight into a plan — there's no gap and nothing to click. On day 7 you're charged the rest of that month, which is your plan's monthly price minus the £1 you've already paid. From then on you pay the normal monthly price, on the same date each month.

You're not paying more than a normal first month — just not all of it up front.

Choosing your plan

We pick the plan that fits what you've actually listed during the week, so you don't end up on one that's too small. You can change it yourself at any point before day 7: on the billing page, use the Plan on \ dropdown in your trial panel. Pick a plan and we'll use that instead; pick Choose for me to hand the decision back to us.

The panel also shows exactly what you'll be charged and when, and it updates the moment you change your choice — so there are no surprises on the day.

If you're listing more than our largest standard plan covers, we'll put you on that plan and get in touch about pricing that suits your volume. We'll never charge you for a custom plan without talking to you first.

Cancelling your trial

Changed your mind before day 7? On the billing page, use the Cancel trial link in your trial panel. You keep full access for the rest of the days you already paid for — we just won't charge you or move you onto a plan when they run out.

On iPhone

If you subscribe inside the iOS app, Apple runs the trial instead: you get your first week free, then your plan's normal monthly price. You pick your plan when you subscribe, and you can change or cancel it any time in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Frequently Asked Questions

I tapped Upgrade and nothing happened. Your browser is blocking the Stripe checkout pop-up. Allow pop-ups for fluf.io and try again, or use the FLUF mobile app where checkout opens inside the app.

Will I be charged twice if I switch from monthly to yearly? No. The time you've already paid for this month is credited toward the yearly price, so you only pay the difference today.

How much do I save by paying yearly? At least 40% off the monthly price on every plan — more on Starter. The exact saving for your plan is shown on the yearly price and on the Switch to annual button.

I can't find the "Switch to annual" button. The button only appears on your current plan card, and only if you're currently on a monthly subscription. If you're already paying yearly, there's nothing to switch. If you're not subscribed yet, choose a plan first.

Do my bonus products carry over if I change plan? Yes. Bonus capacity stays on your account on every plan, whether you upgrade or downgrade.

Can I get a refund? We only issue refunds for issues that have been reported to us and that we are unable to fix. Each monthly payment gives you 30 days of access. If something isn't working, report it to our team and we'll fix it.

My card couldn't be charged when switching to yearly — what now? We'll send you to a secure Stripe checkout page to complete the switch there. Your plan stays exactly as it was until that's done.

Where do I download my invoice PDFs? Tap Manage on your current plan to open the Stripe billing portal. All invoices are listed there with download links.
