Crosslist Your First Listing

This guide gets you from a freshly-connected channel to your first crosslisted item — manually or fully automated.

If you haven't connected a marketplace yet, start with Connecting Marketplaces. The rest of this guide assumes at least one channel is connected.

Prerequisite: pick the right data source

The Listings page can show inventory from any of your connected channels. Before you crosslist, narrow the table to a single source so you know exactly what you're listing from.

  1. Open Listings
  2. Click the filters icon and tick one channel under Data source
  3. The table now only shows listings pulled from that channel
Our advice: pick the channel where you actually create listings — i.e. the place you reach for first when something needs to go up for sale. That's your master inventory; everything else is a copy of it. Mixing several sources at once duplicates rows and makes it hard to tell what's already crosslisted where.

Two ways to crosslist

There are two routes from the Listings page. Both start from the same table.

1. Manual — Actions button

Best for one-offs and small batches where you want to eyeball each item before it goes live.

  1. Tick the listings you want to push (the leftmost checkbox column). The header checkbox selects everything on the current page.
  2. Click the Actions button in the top-right (it shows a count of selected items).
  3. In the Actions modal, choose Crosslist and tick the destination channels.
  4. Hit Crosslist to send.

The selected items go straight into the queue and start listing. You can watch progress in Listings Log.

2. Automatic — Autolisting rule

Best when you want FLUF to keep crosslisting for you in the background — no clicks needed for new items.

A rule says "any product on source should be crosslisted to destinations (matching optional conditions)". Once saved it runs continuously, picking up items as they appear on the source channel.

Steps:

  1. On Listings, click Auto Crosslist (top-right).
  2. The Auto Crosslist page opens on the Automation Criteria tab.
  3. Under Source, pick the channel new listings will come from.
  4. Under Destinations, tick every channel you want them crosslisted to.
  5. (Optional) Add Criteria to narrow which products the rule applies to (e.g. only items above a certain price, only certain categories). Leave it empty to apply to everything from the source.
  6. Click Save Automation.

The rule appears in Active Auto Listing Rules and starts working immediately. Crosslisting commences momentarily — track it in Listings Log.

Tip: you can have multiple rules, one per destination, all from the same source. Common pattern: Vinted as source → eBay, Depop, Shopify, Whatnot as separate rules.

Manual vs Autolisting — which should I use?

Most sellers end up using both: a rule covering their bread-and-butter inventory, plus the Actions button for occasional items that don't fit the rule.
