Bulk Jobs & Operations

Need to update prices, categories, or settings across hundreds of listings? Bulk Jobs is your control center for large-scale operations.

Navigate to: Bulk Jobs to access all bulk operations

Creating a Bulk Job

1. Go to Bulk Jobs
2. Click Create Job
3. Select the job type
4. Choose target channels (Depop, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Temu, Vinted)
5. Configure job-specific settings
6. Optionally choose Schedule for later and set the start time
7. Click Create Job to start or schedule

If you have more than one store connected on the same channel, choose the specific store when you only want the job to affect that account.

Available Job Types

Pricing Jobs

Price Change Change prices by percentage across all products on selected channels. Enter a positive percentage to increase or negative to decrease.

Minimum Price Set a minimum price threshold. Products below this price are updated to meet the minimum; products above are unchanged.

Shipping Price Update Update domestic or international shipping costs on Depop or eBay listings.

Channel-Specific Jobs

Depop Boost Boost all your Depop products to increase visibility in search results.

Depop Shipping Method Set all Depop products to use Depop Shipping (via Evri) for integrated label printing.

Depop Strikethrough Discount Apply or remove a visible Depop discount across one Depop store.

eBay Best Offer Enable or disable Best Offer across your entire eBay catalogue.

eBay Business Policies Update eBay business policies (shipping, return, payment) across all eBay listings.

eBay Shipping Discount Apply a shipping discount profile to every eBay listing.

Content & Category Jobs

Category Update Update product categories based on source channel category. Match products by category and update to a new category on the same or different channel.

Find & Replace Find and replace text in product descriptions. Useful for fixing typos, updating brand names, or removing outdated information across all listings.

Crosslisting Jobs

Bulk Crosslist List a batch of your products to one or more channels in the background. Created by asking Intesa (e.g. "list all these items to Depop and eBay") — Intesa checks each channel is connected, confirms the list of products with you, then queues the job. You stay in control: watch live progress, success/error counts, and the last items processed on the Bulk Jobs page.

Danger Zone

Delete All Products PERMANENTLY delete all products from selected channels. This action cannot be undone!

Monitoring Jobs

Job Dashboard

The Bulk Jobs page shows:

• Running jobs with real-time progress bars
• Scheduled jobs with the planned start time
• Error counts and expandable error details
• Last 10 processed items (expandable)
• Completed jobs history

Job Statuses

• Running: Job is currently processing items
• Scheduled: Job is waiting until its planned start time
• Completed: All items processed successfully
• Cancelled: Job was manually stopped

Managing Jobs

• Cancel job: Stop a running job (processed items remain changed)
• Delete job: Remove job from history
• View errors: Expand error details to see what failed and why

Best Practices

Start Small:

• Test with a single channel first
• Verify results before running on all channels

Monitor Progress:

• Check job status and error counts
• Review error details for failed items

Channel Considerations:

• Some channels have rate limits
• Large jobs may take hours to complete
• Vinted operations are slower (requires browser extension)

After Bulk Operations

Verify results:

1. View Listings — Check updated items
2. Listings Log — Review operation history
3. Sync History — Check inventory sync status
