Resolving Errors
Step 1: Identify the Problem
Read the error subject and details carefully. Look for:
- Which marketplace failed
- What data was missing or invalid
- Any API error codes
Step 2: Fix the Issue
Depending on the error:
- Edit the product to fix missing/invalid data
- Reconnect the channel if authentication failed
- Update category mapping if category was unmapped
Step 3: Retry Crosslisting
- Go to Listings
- Find the affected product
- Click crosslist again to retry
Mobile App Notifications
On the FLUF Connect mobile app, a red badge appears on the Listings tab and the error icon when new crosslisting errors occur. When a crosslist fails, the app shows the exact error reason and a "View Errors" button that takes you straight to the error log. Opening the error log clears the badge.
All Clear!
If you see "All Clear! No errors logged", congratulations! All your recent crosslisting operations completed successfully.
