FLUF Connect
Dashboard Overview
Your FLUF Connect dashboard is your command center for managing your multi-channel reselling business. Here's everything you'll find on the main dashboard.
Navigate to: Dashboard or click Dashboard in the left sidebar.
Key Metrics Cards
The top of your dashboard displays four key metrics. Each card has a time period selector (7d, 30d, 90d) and an expand button for more details.
Active Cross-Listed Products
- Total number of products currently listed across all channels
- Shows percentage change from the previous period
- Click to view detailed product breakdown
Total Orders
- Number of orders received across all channels
- Status breakdown: Fulfilled, Pending, Refunded counts
- Click to go to Orders page
Revenue
- Total revenue earned across all marketplaces
- Breakdown: Items, Shipping, and Fees
- + Set revenue goal — Track progress toward your targets
Sync Activity
- Total sync actions performed in the selected period
- Action types: Sold Out, Deleted, Price Update
- Click for detailed sync history
Charts & Analytics
Sales by Marketplace
- Visual comparison of sales across connected channels
- View modes: Revenue, Items Sold, or Time-based chart
- Channel filters: Depop, eBay, Shopify, Vinted
- Show comparison — Toggle to compare periods side-by-side
Marketplace Stats
Detailed performance metrics for each connected platform:

Intesa AI Assistant
Click Open Intesa in the top bar to access your AI-powered assistant. Intesa can search your inventory, take actions across your channels, debug issues, and help refine product listings — all through natural conversation.
- Search products, analytics, orders, and listing activity
- Crosslist products, update settings, and create bulk operations
- Debug sync failures and listing errors
- Edit product titles, prices, descriptions, and categories
- Export data as CSV
- Attach images for AI-powered analysis
