Listings Log
Track every crosslisting operation with the Listings Log — your complete history of products pushed to marketplaces.
Navigate to: Listings → Listings Log
Summary Statistics
At the top of the page, you'll see:
Time Period Selector
- Last 24 Hours — Today's activity
- Last 7 Days — This week
- Last 30 Days — This month
- All Time — Complete history
Key Metrics

Channel Breakdown
- Listings per channel and connected store
- Relisting counts per channel and store

Click More Stats to view:
Background Queue Jobs (Last 7 Days)
- Pending — Jobs waiting to process
- In Progress — Currently processing
- Complete — Successfully finished
- Failed — Jobs that encountered errors
Vinted Extension Workflow
- Queued — Items waiting for Vinted processing
- Processing — Currently being listed on Vinted
- Success — Successfully listed
- Error — Failed items
- Upcoming Products — Preview of items in queue
Filtering & Search
Search
- Search by product title or SKU
- Press Enter or click Apply to search
Status Filter
- Successes — Successfully crosslisted items
- Errors — Failed crosslisting attempts
- Both — View all entries
Advanced Filters (click filter icon)
- Platform: Filter by marketplace (Depop, eBay, Shopify, Vinted)
- Date Range: Set from/to dates
- Sort Order: Newest first, oldest first, title A-Z, SKU A-Z
- Relisted Only: Show only relisted items
If you clear every platform filter, Listings Log asks you to pick a source before loading activity again.
Log Entry Details
Each entry shows:

| Platform | Marketplace badge (click to view on marketplace) |
| Time | When the listing was created |

Relisted Badge
Items that were relisted show a green "Relisted" badge.
Deleted Products
If you've deleted a product from your FLUF store after crosslisting it, the entry stays in your log so you can see the full history. Deleted products appear slightly faded with a placeholder icon.
Pagination
Items Per Page
- 10, 20, 50, or 100 items per page
- Your preference is saved
Page Navigation
- Click page numbers to jump
- Use Previous/Next buttons
- Shows "Page X of Y • Z total"
Tips
Monitor Daily Activity:
- Check listings log daily to verify crosslisting is working
- Use 24-hour filter for today's snapshot
Track Relisting Impact:
- Use "Relisted Only" filter to see all relisted items
- Compare with sales to measure effectiveness
Debug Issues:
- Switch to "Errors" filter to find failed items
- Click product to investigate and retry
