How to Connect Grailed

Connecting Grailed to FLUF Connect

Grailed is the marketplace for men's and women's designer fashion — streetwear, archival, contemporary and luxury. Connect your account using the FLUF Utility Chrome Extension.

Prerequisites

• Active Grailed seller account with a default return address set on Grailed
• Google Chrome browser
• FLUF Utility Chrome Extension (installed during connection)

Connection Steps

Step 1: Open Connection Modal

1. Navigate to Connect → Channels
2. Click Add Channel and select Grailed

Step 2: Install FLUF Utility Chrome Extension

1. Click Install Chrome Extension if you haven't already
2. You'll be redirected to Chrome Web Store
3. Click Add to Chrome
4. Confirm the extension installation
5. Return to FLUF Connect window

Step 3: Log Into Grailed

1. Click Open Grailed button in the connection modal
2. A new Chrome tab will open with grailed.com
3. Log in to your Grailed account in this new tab
4. Return to FLUF Connect window

Step 4: Connect

1. Click Connect with Chrome Extension
2. FLUF will automatically detect your Grailed session
3. Once detected, the connection will complete automatically

Tip: Make sure you're logged into Grailed in the same Chrome browser where the extension is installed.

After Connecting

Once connected, you can:

• Crosslist your products to Grailed from the Listings page — category, brand, photos and shipping defaults are filled in for you
• View your wardrobe — your existing Grailed listings appear in your FLUF Listings page when you filter by Source: Grailed
• Edit Grailed listings from FLUF (price, title, description)

How Grailed Works

• Fashion focus — Grailed is menswear and womenswear only (no kids). Categories are split into Tops, Bottoms, Outerwear, Footwear, Tailoring and Accessories.
• Buy-it-now and offers — listings default to accepting offers as well as buy-it-now. You can change either setting on Grailed after the listing posts.
• Pricing — Grailed takes a commission on each sale. The seller earnings are shown at the time of listing.
• PayPal — first-time sellers may see their first listing held with "PayPal setup needed" — finish PayPal Merchant onboarding on grailed.com to make the listing publicly buyable.

Troubleshooting

"No default return address" error when crosslisting

Grailed requires every listing to have a return address. Set one on grailed.com (Account → Addresses → Set default return address), then crosslist from FLUF again.

"Brand not recognised" error

Grailed has its own brand catalogue. If a product's brand isn't in their catalogue you'll need to pick a different brand or list the item directly on Grailed first.

Listing shows "PayPal setup needed" on Grailed

Your first listing isn't publicly buyable until you finish PayPal onboarding on grailed.com. Once linked, the listing goes live automatically.

Extension Not Detected

• Ensure the FLUF Utility Chrome Extension is installed and enabled
• Try refreshing the FLUF Connect page
• Check that Chrome extensions are not disabled in your browser settings

Session Expires

Grailed sessions expire periodically. If your connection shows as disconnected:

1. Open grailed.com in Chrome
2. Log in if needed
3. Return to FLUF Connect — the extension will refresh your session automatically
