Offer Management

Automatically accept, counter, and send offers on Depop, eBay, Vinted, and Yaga while you sleep. FLUF handles incoming offers from buyers and proactively engages with people who like, favourite, or watch your listings.

How It Works

FLUF runs offer management automatically in the background for each of your connected channels. There are two main settings:

• Counter discount — the discount FLUF counters incoming offers at, and the discount FLUF proactively offers to likers/watchers. e.g. 25% off on a £20 item → counters at £15, likers see £15.
• Accept floor — the deepest discount FLUF will auto-accept on an incoming offer, always a % off. Set higher than the counter discount to accept deeper discounts than you'd actively counter at. e.g. 40% off accept floor + 25% off counter → auto-accept anything ≥ £12 on a £20 item, counter borderline offers at £15.

Set the counter discount to 0% off (i.e. threshold = 100%) to turn offer management off entirely.

% off or a set amount off

The counter discount can be either, and you switch between them with the % off / £ off toggle beside it:

• % off — the discount scales with the item. 10% off is £2 on a £20 item and £6 on a £60 one.
• £ off — the same cash discount on everything, whatever it costs. £1 off is £1 off both.

A set amount suits thin margins, where a percentage on your dearer items gives away more than you can afford and you just want a small nudge to tempt a buyer. It applies to both the offers FLUF sends likers and the counters it sends back, so a £1 setting on a £20 item offers £19 either way.

Two things to know:

• If an item costs less than the amount you set, FLUF skips it rather than send a silly offer. Use Ignore items under if you'd rather set that cut-off yourself.
• Your accept floor stays a percentage — it's the point at which you'd say yes, which is naturally a proportion of the price.

On Depop and Vinted each shop keeps its own setting, so you can run £1 off on one and 10% off on another.

When an offer is too low — meaning any offer discounted more deeply than your accept floor — you pick one of three things for FLUF to do. Offers within your floor are auto-accepted whichever you choose:

• Counter it (default) — FLUF replies with your counter discount price.
• Leave it for me — FLUF does nothing and you reply yourself.
• Decline it — FLUF declines it, so nothing is left waiting in your queue. Use this if you'd rather not negotiate at all.

This is about the offer amount, not the item's price — to leave cheap items alone entirely, use Ignore items under instead.

What "decline" means per channel: on Vinted, eBay, Yaga and Vestiaire it's a real decline — the buyer is told the offer was declined. Depop has no decline action in its seller API, so there FLUF marks the offer declined on your side and never answers it, and it expires on Depop's own 24h timer. Either way, no counter is sent and the offer stops needing your attention. Vinted declines go out through the Chrome extension, like every other Vinted action — keep a tab open with FLUF Connect. To decline every offer, set the accept floor and counter discount to the same small value (e.g. 1% off) — then only a near-full-price offer is accepted and the rest are declined. Offer management has to be on (counter discount above 0% off) for any of this to run.

Setting Up

1. Go to Offers, under Listings in the sidebar
2. Click the ⚙ Policies button at the top right and pick the channel/store you want to configure (Depop, eBay, Vinted, or Yaga)
3. Adjust:

• Discount on counters & proactive offers — your "minimum take" expressed as a discount
• Auto-accept any offer with at least… — the deepest discount you'll auto-accept (defaults to match the counter discount)
• Ignore items under — cheaper items are left alone entirely (item price, not offer size)
• When an offer is too low — counter it, leave it for you, or decline it
• Compound offers with Smart Pricing — Depop / eBay / Vinted only
• Wait before offering likers/watchers — Depop / eBay / Yaga only

Settings Per Channel

eBay note: dropping the threshold below 100% also turns the "Make Offer" button on for the listings FLUF creates. To override this for one item, use the per-item toggle below. Vinted note: offer processing runs through the FLUF Chrome extension. Keep a Chrome tab open with FLUF Connect for offers to keep flowing.

Turn offers on or off for a single eBay item

The settings above apply to your whole eBay catalogue. To control one item on its own:

1. Open the item in Listings and go to the eBay tab in the product panel
2. Use the Accept offers toggle:

• Default — follow your account-wide setting above
• On — buyers can send offers on this item
• Off — this item no longer accepts offers

Your choice sticks through relists. If the item is already live on eBay it updates straight away.

The Offers Page

Offers (under Listings in the sidebar) is the one place to see every current and past offer across every connected channel and store, act on them individually or in bulk, and manage the automation policies above.

What You'll See

Statistics — a grid showing your offer activity across three time windows, with the change against the window before it (green up, red down — so "204 in 30d" tells you whether that's better or worse than last month):

• Accepted — offers from buyers that met your threshold and were accepted (24h / 7d / 30d)
• Countered — offers below your threshold where FLUF sent back your minimum price (24h / 7d / 30d)
• Sent to Likers — proactive offers sent to people who liked or watched your items (24h / 7d / 30d)
• Likers Queued — how many people are waiting to be sent an automatic offer right now

Breakdown by channel — expand this under the statistics to see the same totals split per channel, for whichever window you pick. The statistics and the breakdown always cover every channel and store: the channel and store pickers sit lower down, on the tab row, and only narrow the list of offers underneath them.

Last Processed — shows when FLUF last ran offer management for your account, so you know how fresh the data is. When you've had an accepted offer in the last 7 days, its total value shows alongside it.

Manual Processing

You don't have to wait for the automatic cycle — click Check for new offers at the top of the page to trigger processing across every connected channel and store at once (Vinted scans queue for your Chrome extension, same as always).

Tabs

Each tab has an ⓘ next to it explaining what's in it — hover or tap it.

• Needs You — offers waiting on a reply, across every channel and store. Select several and Accept or Decline them in one action, or act on a single row inline. Pending ones can be accepted, countered, or declined directly.
• History — offers already accepted, countered, declined or expired.
• Likers Waiting — people who liked or favourited one of your items and are queued to be sent an offer automatically. They're waiting out the delay you set in Policies; each row shows when they liked it, so you can see how long they've been in the queue. To send to them now rather than waiting, press Check for new offers — that runs the proactive send for every channel immediately.
• Sent to Likers — history of every proactive offer FLUF has sent. Rows marked "skipped" or with an error include a short reason such as "Already messaged this buyer", "Item already sold", or "Offer price above marketplace cap" so you know why FLUF didn't send.

⚙ Policies is the button at the top right — the automation settings from Setting Up above, one section per connected channel and store.

Every row shows when it happened ("Received 2h ago", "Liked 3d ago"), the offer as a percentage of your asking price, and — where the marketplace sets one — when the offer expires. Item names are clickable links that open the FLUF listing page for that item.

Accepting or declining a lot at once

Select as many as you like. Small batches are actioned straight away. Larger ones are spaced out in the background instead — every accept and decline is a real call to the marketplace, and firing hundreds at once is how a channel starts rejecting them. FLUF paces each channel separately, so a big Depop batch never holds up your eBay ones. You'll see roughly how long it will take, and you can leave the page while it works.

How Each Channel Works

Depop

• Incoming offers: FLUF checks for new Depop offers automatically. Offers at or above your threshold are accepted. Offers below are countered at your threshold price. Incoming offers are always processed first, before proactive offers.
• Offers to likers: FLUF scans your Depop notifications for new likes, then sends private offers at your threshold price after the configured delay.
• Offers to baggers: When someone adds your item to their bag without checking out, FLUF sends them an offer at your threshold price right away (no delay) — bag-adds are close to a sale, so timing matters.
• Counter rounding: To avoid frivolous counters (e.g. countering £10 with £10.05), prices ending in less than 50p are rounded down.
• Requires: Active Depop connection via the Chrome extension.

eBay (Best Offers)

• Listing-level Best Offer: When your threshold is below 100%, FLUF automatically enables Best Offer on every new listing it creates on eBay — your buyers will see the "Make Offer" button. At 100%, new listings are created without it.
• Incoming offers: FLUF fetches active Best Offers from eBay. Offers meeting your threshold are accepted. Lower offers are countered at your threshold price. If the counter would exceed your eBay Buy It Now price, it's capped at the Buy It Now price.
• Offers to watchers: FLUF finds items with interested buyers and sends percentage-based offers via the eBay Negotiation API. Each item can only receive one outbound offer every 48 hours.
• Note: eBay offers expire after 48 hours. Buyers can make up to 3 offers per listing.
• Requires: Active eBay connection (OAuth).

Vinted

• Incoming offers: The Chrome extension scans your Vinted inbox for buyer offers and processes them based on your threshold — accepting, countering, or (with auto-decline on) declining.
• Offers to likers: The extension scans your Vinted notifications for favourites and sends offers via Vinted's messaging system.
• Minimum offer: Vinted enforces a £1.00 / €1.00 minimum on offers. If your threshold would push the offer below that, FLUF skips that liker rather than send a discount the buyer can't accept.
• Manual override: If you accept or counter an offer directly in the Vinted app, FLUF detects that on the next scan and won't second-guess you with a conflicting bot action.
• Note: Vinted offer processing requires the Chrome extension to be running. When your browser is closed, Vinted offers won't be processed until you reopen it.
• Requires: Active Vinted connection via the Chrome extension.

Yaga

• Incoming offers: FLUF checks for new buyer offers in your Yaga inbox. Offers at or above your threshold are accepted, and lower offers are countered at your threshold price.
• Messages to likers: Yaga doesn't support sending offers to people who like your items, so FLUF sends a custom chat message instead — a friendly way to start a conversation and convert interest into a sale. Set your message template in the Yaga settings panel.
• Requires: Active Yaga connection.

Processing Schedule

Offer management runs automatically in the background:

• Depop, eBay & Yaga: Run automatically every few hours. Higher-tier subscribers get more frequent processing (as often as every hour). Incoming offers are always processed first, followed by proactive offers/messages to likers/watchers.
• Vinted: Triggered by the Chrome extension when your browser is open, or manually from the Offers page.

You can also trigger processing manually at any time — click Check for new offers on the Offers page — no need to wait for the next automatic cycle.

Best Practices

Choose your threshold carefully:

• 80% is a popular starting point (20% discount)
• Higher thresholds (90%+) accept fewer offers but at better prices
• Lower thresholds (70%) accept more offers but at steeper discounts

Price with negotiation in mind:

• If you set an 80% threshold, price items ~20% above your true minimum
• This way counter-offers land at a price you're happy with

Use the delay for likers:

• A 1-hour delay avoids sending offers to casual browsers
• People who liked your item and are still thinking about it are more likely to accept an offer

Offers always use the listing's current price:

• Whether you reduce prices manually or with Smart Pricing, FLUF reads each item's live price right before the offer goes out — so offers always land below the live listing
• No setting or toggle needed; this is automatic across Depop, eBay, and Vinted

Decide whether offers should compound with Smart Pricing:

• Compound on (default): a 20% Smart Pricing reduction and a 15% offer combine into a deeper total discount
• Compound off: buyers get the bigger of the two discounts, never both stacked together — useful if you treat Smart Pricing reductions as your "final" promo price
• Toggle in Offers → Policies — applies across Depop, eBay and Vinted

Keep your extension running (Vinted):

• Vinted offers can only be processed when the Chrome extension is active
• Leave a browser tab open with FLUF Connect to keep the extension working in the background

Troubleshooting

Offers not being processed?

• Check your channel connection is active on Channels
• Verify your offer threshold is below 100% (100% = off)
• For Vinted: make sure the Chrome extension is installed and a Chrome tab with FLUF Connect is open
• Open the Offers page and check "Last processed" — if it says a long time ago, try Check for new offers

Buyers can't make offers on my new eBay listings?

• The "Make Offer" button only appears on new listings if your eBay offer threshold is below 100%
• Existing listings keep whatever Best Offer setting they had when they were created — changing the threshold won't retroactively flip Best Offer on or off on already-listed items

Counter offers seem wrong?

• Counter price = listing price × (100% − your counter discount). e.g. 25% off on a £20 item → counter at £15.
• If the counter seems too low, lower the counter discount in Offers → Policies
• Prices are rounded to avoid frivolous counters (e.g. £10.05 rounds to £10)
• Want to stop FLUF from countering low offers? Under When an offer is too low, pick Leave it for me to handle them yourself or Decline it to clear them automatically. Auto-accepts within your floor still happen either way

Not seeing a channel on the Offers page?

• The Needs You and History tabs only show channels with a real offer inbox (Depop, eBay, Vinted, Yaga, Vestiaire) — Marktplaats has no incoming-offer inbox, so it only appears under Policies
• Make sure the channel shows as connected on Channels

Proactive offers not sending?

• Check that your threshold is below 100%
• New likers need to wait the configured delay period before receiving offers
• The Likers Waiting tab shows how many are queued to be sent
