Handle buyer offers and price negotiations from all connected marketplaces in one centralized inbox.
Unified Offer Inbox
All offers from every marketplace appear in one place:
- Navigate to Connect → Offers (or access from Dashboard)
- See pending offers across all channels
- Filter by marketplace, price range, or date
- Quick actions: Accept, Decline, Counter
Offer Workflow
Receiving Offers
When a buyer makes an offer:
FLUF receives notification from marketplace
Offer appears in your unified inbox
You get notification (email/push if enabled)
Offer shows: Item, Original price, Offer amount, Buyer info, Expiry time
Responding to Offers
Accept Offer:
Click Accept
Offer is accepted on the marketplace
Buyer is notified
Item moves to pending sale status
Decline Offer:
Click Decline
Offer is rejected
Buyer notified (can make new offer on some platforms)
Counter Offer:
Click Counter
Enter your counter price
Optionally add a message
Counter sent to buyer
Await buyer response
Auto-Accept Rules
Automatically accept offers that meet your criteria:
Enable Auto-Accept
Go to Settings → Offers
Toggle Enable Auto-Accept
Set your rules:
Rule Types:
- Minimum percentage: Accept offers ≥ X% of listing price
- Minimum amount: Accept offers ≥ £X below listing price
- Channel-specific: Different rules per marketplace
Example Rules:
Auto-accept if offer is:
≥ 90% of listing price (accept £45 offer on £50 item)
OR ≤ £5 below listing (accept £45 offer on £50 item)

Offer Analytics
Track offer performance in Analytics → Offers:
Offer acceptance rate: % of offers you accept
Average discount: How much below asking price
Conversion rate: % of accepted offers that complete purchase
Time to response: How quickly you respond to offers
Best Practices
Quick Response:
Respond within 1-2 hours when possible
Fast responses improve buyer satisfaction
Enable push notifications for new offers
Pricing Strategy:
Price slightly higher to leave room for negotiation
Set auto-accept at your true minimum price
Counter with reasonable amounts (don't lowball)
Know Your Minimums:
Calculate your break-even price (cost + fees)
Don't accept offers below break-even
Factor in shipping costs
