Connecting Marketplaces on Mobile

Before you can crosslist from the FLUF app, you need to connect at least one marketplace. The Channels tab shows all available platforms and lets you link or unlink them.

Supported Marketplaces

The app supports six marketplaces:

Depop
eBay
Shopify
Etsy
Vinted
Facebook Marketplace

Each channel has its own connection method. Once connected, you can crosslist to it directly from the camera or product form.

How to Connect a Channel

Tap the Channels tab at the bottom of the app
Find the marketplace you want to connect
Tap the channel card to begin the connection process
Follow the prompts for that specific marketplace (see below)
Once connected, the channel shows a green "Connected" status with your listings count

Channel-Specific Setup

Depop Depop connects via a magic link. Enter your Depop email, tap Request Magic Link, then check your inbox. Important: Do NOT tap the link in the email — it opens in your browser instead of FLUF. Instead, long-press the "Log in to Depop" button and copy the link, then paste it into the app and tap Connect. Sessions last approximately 30 days before needing to reconnect. eBay eBay uses OAuth authentication. You'll be taken to eBay's login page in a browser window where you sign in and grant FLUF Connect permission to manage your listings.

Shopify Shopify requires your store credentials. The app walks you through a 4-step guided setup:

Enter your Shopify store URL

Create a custom app in your Shopify admin

Configure the required API permissions

Paste your API access token

Each step has clear instructions within the app.

Etsy Etsy uses OAuth authentication, similar to eBay. You'll sign in to Etsy and grant access through a browser window.

Vinted Vinted connects via a web login within the app. You'll sign in to your Vinted account directly. Note: Vinted connection requires a native app build (it won't work in development/Expo Go mode).

Facebook Marketplace Facebook connects via a web login within the app. Sign in to your Facebook account to link your Marketplace profile.

Channel Settings

Once a channel is connected, you can tap the settings icon on its card to:

View connection details

Access your store URL directly

See your listings count on that platform

Disconnect the channel

Managing Connections

Pull to refresh — Swipe down on the Channels screen to refresh connection statuses

Reconnecting — If a channel shows as disconnected, tap it to reconnect. Most channels just need you to log in again.

Multiple channels — Connect as many marketplaces as you like. When creating a listing, you choose which ones to list on.

Tips

Connect all your channels before you start listing — it's faster than going back to add them later

If a channel keeps disconnecting, check that your marketplace account credentials haven't changed

You can also manage channel connections from the web dashboard at fluf.io/connect — changes sync to the app automatically
