Inventory Intelligence
Inventory Intelligence automatically analyses your listed items across all connected channels and flags anything that's been sitting too long without a sale. Instead of manually checking every listing, FLUF tells you exactly what to do — and can even do it for you.
How It Works
FLUF looks at how long each item has been listed, compares its price and age to similar items that have actually sold, and gives you a clear recommendation:
- Reprice — Your item is priced higher than what similar items typically sell for. A price adjustment is suggested based on real sales data.
- Relist — Your item has been listed much longer than similar items take to sell. Relisting refreshes it in the marketplace's search results.
- Relist + Reprice — Both stale and overpriced. Relist it at a lower price for the best chance of a sale.
- Investigate — The price and age look reasonable, so photos, description, or category might need a manual check.
Getting Started
- Open Intelligence from the Dashboard section in your sidebar
- You'll see a summary of how many items are stale, their total potential revenue, and their average age
- Items are grouped by recommended action — start with the top groups for the biggest impact
- Click the action button on any item to apply it instantly, or use Apply All for a whole group
Filters
Auto-pilot
Toggle Auto-pilot ON to let FLUF automatically reprice and relist your stalest items every day. Auto-pilot:
Weekly Digest Email
Every Monday you'll receive an email summarising your stale inventory, what actions were recommended, and what Auto-pilot applied (if enabled). The email includes your top stale items with prices, ages, and suggested actions.
To stop receiving the digest, update your Intelligence settings.
Dismissing Items
If you know an item is priced correctly or don't want to act on it, click the X button to dismiss it. Dismissed items won't appear in your results or be touched by Auto-pilot.
