Sourcing

Find stock to sell — wholesale job lots, watched searches that alert you to new listings, and your own marketplace purchases imported as FLUF products.

The three tabs

Wholesale

A grid of lots for sale. Pick a Source:

• Batch Dispatch — our wholesale partner. Each card shows the grade, price per unit, minimum order and the supplier's country. The lot opens on Batch Dispatch, who handle the order, carriage quote and payment; your money is held until you confirm the goods arrived as described.
• eBay — job lots, bundles and bulk lots currently listed on eBay, newest first. Choose the eBay site (UK by default; US, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and more) and the card opens the listing on eBay.

Filters: free text, category, grade and max unit price for Batch Dispatch; a keyword and eBay site for eBay. Located in chips appear once results load and only show countries that have stock right now, so you can keep to UK-, US- or EU-based lots.

Arbitrage

Watch a Vinted or eBay search and see what gets listed against it, newest first — useful for catching stock at the price you want before it's gone.

1. Click Add, choose eBay or Vinted, type what to watch (e.g. nike dunk, vintage levi's 501) and, for eBay, pick the site
2. Optionally set a price band
3. New matches show under each watch, with a count badge on the tab

You can run up to 5 watches per marketplace. Vinted watches check from your own browser with the FLUF extension; eBay watches check every 10 minutes from FLUF. Watches slow down when you haven't opened FLUF for a while and stop after 30 days of inactivity — open the tab to wake them up.

Marketplace purchases

Things you've bought on eBay or Vinted, ready to import as FLUF products with the purchase price recorded as your cost.

1. Pick the marketplace and click Refresh — eBay shows your last 60 days of won items straight away; Vinted reads from your browser with the extension
2. Tick the purchases you want and click Import
3. Each becomes a FLUF product with title, photos and cost filled in, so profit reporting is right from day one

Imported items become FLUF products you can crosslist anywhere. Already-imported purchases are marked so you won't import them twice.

Good to know

• Buying through the eBay links in Sourcing costs you nothing extra. FLUF may earn a small commission from eBay on those purchases, which helps keep Sourcing free.
• eBay results have a daily allowance shared across all sellers. On a busy day you may see "refreshes paused for today"; watches and job-lot searches resume the next morning.
• Prices on Wholesale show in the supplier's currency.
• Sourcing shows stock; it never places an order for you.
