Review Before Listing
Preview and edit your listing details before they go live on any channel. When enabled, crosslisting saves a draft for you to review instead of publishing immediately — giving you full control over what gets listed.
Navigate to: Channels > General Settings to enable, then Drafts to review drafts
How It Works
- You enable Review Before Listing for one or more channels in your General Settings
- When you crosslist a product to those channels (manually or via auto listing), the listing is saved as a draft instead of being published
- You review the draft in the Review Queue — see exactly what would be sent to the channel
- Edit any field — title, price, category, condition, brand, size, and more
- Approve to publish, or delete if you don't want to list it
Your original product on FLUF is not affected. Edits only apply to the specific channel listing.
Enabling Review Mode
- Go to Channels
- Select the General settings tab
- Scroll down to the Review Before Listing section
- Toggle on any channels you want to review before listing
Each channel is independent — you might want to review eBay listings (where categories and item specifics matter) but let Depop listings go through automatically.
Reviewing Drafts
When you have drafts waiting for review:
- Go to Listings
- Click Drafts in the header (you'll see a yellow badge if drafts are pending)
- Review your drafts on the dedicated Draft Listings page
What You'll See
Each draft shows as a card with:
- Product image and title
- Channel it's going to (colour-coded)
- Origin — whether it came from manual crosslisting, auto listing, or relisting
- When it was created
Click the expand arrow to see all the fields that will be sent to the channel.
Editing Fields
Expand a draft card to see and edit fields like:
| Field | What It Controls |
|---|---|
| Title | How the product name appears on the channel |
| Description | The listing description text |
| Price | The selling price (in the channel's currency) |
| Category | Which category the item is listed under |
| Condition | New, Used, Like New, etc. |
| Brand | The brand name or ID |
| Size | Size label for the channel |
Approving
- Single item: Click the green tick on any card to approve and publish it
- Batch approve: Select multiple items using checkboxes, then click "Approve Selected"
- Delete: Click the bin icon to remove a draft without publishing
Filtering and Searching
- Search by product title
- Filter by channel (e.g. show only eBay drafts)
- Sort by newest, oldest, or grouped by channel
When to Use This
Great for:
- Sellers who crosslist from one channel to another and want to check how categories, conditions, and titles are mapped
- High-value items where getting the listing details right matters
- New users learning how FLUF translates product data between channels
- Anyone who's noticed occasional issues with how items appear after crosslisting
Not recommended for:
- High-volume sellers who auto-list hundreds of items daily — reviewing each one would be impractical
- Channels where your listings are consistently accurate and you're happy with the results
Tips
- Start with one channel — enable review for the channel where you've noticed the most issues, and leave others automatic
- Check categories first — category mapping is the most common area where the result might not match your expectation
- Use batch approve when you've reviewed a set and they all look good — much faster than approving one by one
- Drafts don't expire — take your time reviewing. But note that if a product sells on the source channel while a draft is pending, the draft will fail when you try to approve it (stock check)
