How to Connect Wallapop

Connecting Wallapop to FLUF Connect

Wallapop is one of Spain's largest second-hand marketplaces, with a strong audience across the UK, France, Italy, Portugal and Spain. Connect your account using the FLUF Utility Chrome Extension.

Prerequisites

• Active Wallapop seller account
• Google Chrome browser
• FLUF Utility Chrome Extension (installed during connection)

Connection Steps

Step 1: Open Connection Modal

1. Navigate to Connect → Channels
2. Click Add Channel and select Wallapop

Step 2: Install FLUF Utility Chrome Extension

1. Click Install Chrome Extension if you haven't already
2. You'll be redirected to Chrome Web Store
3. Click Add to Chrome
4. Confirm the extension installation
5. Return to FLUF Connect window

Step 3: Log Into Wallapop

1. Open a new Chrome tab and go to wallapop.com (or your country's domain — uk.wallapop.com, fr.wallapop.com, etc.)
2. Log in to your Wallapop account
3. Return to FLUF Connect window

Step 4: Connect

1. Click Connect in the Wallapop card
2. FLUF will automatically detect your Wallapop session
3. Once detected, the connection will complete automatically

Tip: Make sure you're logged into Wallapop in the same Chrome browser where the extension is installed.

After Connecting

Once connected, you can:

• Crosslist your products to Wallapop from the Listings page
• See your existing items — Wallapop listings appear in your FLUF dashboard
• Track sales — Completed Wallapop sales appear in your Orders page alongside other channels
• Edit prices and details — changes you make in FLUF push through to your live Wallapop listing
• Mark sold — when an item sells elsewhere, FLUF can mark it as sold on Wallapop so it disappears from buyers' searches but stays in your transaction history

How Wallapop Works

• Single-item listings — Each product is a unique listing (no variants or stock quantities)
• Local + national — Items can be picked up locally or shipped within Wallapop's covered countries
• Categories — FLUF auto-matches your product to the closest Wallapop category. You can adjust mappings under Channels → Wallapop.
• Shipping — If you have shipping enabled on Wallapop, FLUF picks the matching weight tier (0–1 kg, 1–2 kg, 2–5 kg, 5–10 kg, 10–20 kg, 20–30 kg) based on your product's weight.

Troubleshooting

Extension Not Detected

• Ensure the FLUF Utility Chrome Extension is installed and enabled
• Try refreshing the FLUF Connect page
• Check that Chrome extensions are not disabled in your browser settings

"Your Wallapop session has expired"

If you haven't visited wallapop.com in a while, your session can lapse. FLUF will flag this on the Channels page so you'll know before you try to crosslist. To reconnect:

• Open wallapop.com in Chrome
• Sign in if you're not already
• Return to FLUF Connect, go to Channels → Wallapop, and click Connect

Account not yet activated on Wallapop

If you've just registered for Wallapop and FLUF says your session has expired even though you're logged in, check the top of any Wallapop page for an "Activate account" banner. Wallapop only issues a usable session once you complete activation (email verification, sometimes a phone number). Steps:

• Open wallapop.com and click the Activate account banner if it's showing
• Complete every step Wallapop asks for (verify email, confirm phone, etc.) until the banner disappears
• Come back to FLUF Connect → Channels → Wallapop and click Connect

Listing Fails to Create

• Make sure your product has at least one image
• Make sure your product has a category set in FLUF — Wallapop requires a specific category for every listing
• If you've enabled Wallapop shipping, make sure your product has a weight set so FLUF can pick the right tier
