Manage All Orders on Shopify
If you already run your shop from Shopify, FLUF can bring every sale from your other marketplaces into Shopify too. You then ship and refund everything from one familiar place — Shopify — and FLUF keeps the original marketplace up to date for you.
Navigate to: Channels → Shopify → Settings → Manage all channels' orders on Shopify
What This Does
When the setting is on and an item sells on Depop, eBay, Vinted, Etsy, Vestiaire or any other connected channel:
- FLUF automatically creates that sale as a paid order in your Shopify store.
- You fulfil and refund it in Shopify exactly like any normal Shopify order.
- FLUF then mirrors what you do back to the original marketplace — so the buyer on Depop, eBay, etc. gets their tracking and refunds automatically.
The result: one inbox, one shipping routine, one refund process — no matter how many marketplaces you sell on.
This setting is on by default for new accounts. You can turn it off any time if you'd rather manage orders on each marketplace separately, or from the FLUF Orders page instead.
Turning It On or Off
- Go to Channels
- Open Shopify → Settings
- Find Manage all channels' orders on Shopify
- Tick to enable, untick to disable
- Changes apply to new orders going forward
Fulfilling an Order
Ship the order from Shopify the way you normally would:
- Open the order in your Shopify admin
- Add the tracking number and carrier (recommended — this is what gets sent to the buyer)
- Mark it as fulfilled
What FLUF does next:
- Detects the fulfilment in Shopify
- Marks the order as shipped on the original marketplace (Depop, eBay, Vinted, etc.)
- Passes your tracking number through so the buyer can follow their parcel
This usually happens within a few minutes.
Refunding or Cancelling an Order
Issue the refund or cancellation in Shopify:
- Open the order in Shopify
- Refund in full or in part, or cancel the order
- Confirm in Shopify
What FLUF does next:
- Detects the refund or cancellation
- Issues the matching refund (full or partial) on the original marketplace
- Restocks the item where appropriate
You don't need to also refund on Depop, eBay or Vinted — doing it once in Shopify is enough, and refunding in both places could refund the buyer twice.
Good to Know
| Topic | What to expect |
|---|---|
| Stock stays correct | When an item sells elsewhere, FLUF keeps your Shopify inventory in step, so the mirrored order won't double-count stock. |
| Reference details | FLUF adds reference details to each mirrored order. Please don't edit or remove them, or fulfilment and refunds may not sync back to the marketplace. |
| Do it in Shopify only | Once this is on, always ship and refund from Shopify — not directly on the marketplace — so the two never disagree. |
| Recent orders | New sales are mirrored automatically. Long-past historical orders aren't brought across. |
| Multiple Shopify stores | Works if you run more than one Shopify store or a shared account — orders go to the correct store. |
Troubleshooting
A marketplace order didn't appear in Shopify
- Check the setting is on: Channels → Shopify → Settings
- Confirm the source marketplace is still connected on the Channels page
- Allow a few minutes — there can be a short delay before it appears
- Long-past historical orders aren't mirrored
Fulfilment isn't showing on the marketplace
- Make sure you added the tracking number and marked the order fulfilled in Shopify
- Check the reference details FLUF added to the Shopify order haven't been edited or removed
- Give it a few minutes for the next sync
A refund didn't reach the buyer
- Both full and partial refunds are supported — refund in Shopify and allow a few minutes
- Some marketplaces have their own refund time limits; if the window has closed, contact that marketplace's support
- Avoid refunding on both Shopify and the marketplace — refund once, in Shopify
