FLUF Connect
Follow up with people who have liked, watched or bagged an item from Offers. For responding to a buyer's offer, see Manage buyer offers.
Set up automatic offers
- Open Offers → Policies.
- Select the channel and store you want to configure.
- Set Discount on counters & proactive offers. This setting also changes your counters to incoming offers: review the shared offer policies before saving.
- Set Ignore items under to exclude low-priced items.
- Where available, set Wait before offering likers/watchers and your message text.
- Review the worked price example before leaving the settings.
The discount can be a percentage or a fixed amount. A zero counter discount turns offer management off, including incoming-offer automation. Depop and Vinted stores keep their own settings. The accept floor controls incoming offers; it does not set the proactive discount.
How each marketplace works

Incoming offers are processed before proactive sends. Depop, eBay and Yaga run periodically, with frequency depending on your plan; Vinted runs through the extension.
See waiting and sent offers
On Offers, use:
- Likers Waiting to see queued buyers and when they liked an item.
- Sent to Likers to see sent offers, skips and errors. Reasons can include an already-messaged buyer, a sold item or a marketplace price limit.
- Check for new offers to request processing immediately across connected channels, including proactive sends. Vinted work still waits for the extension.
Channel and store filters narrow the list; the statistics above it cover all channels and stores. Sent to Likers, Likers Queued and Last Processed help you check progress.
Check the discount before sending
FLUF uses the listing's current price. If you also use Smart Pricing, review Compound offers with Smart Pricing in Policies: with it enabled, the discounts can stack; with it disabled, the larger discount applies. See the shared pricing explanation.
Offers are not sending
Check that the channel is connected, the counter discount is above zero, and the item is above your minimum price. Allow for the delay you selected, then check Likers Waiting and the reasons in Sent to Likers. For Vinted, open Chrome with the extension active and FLUF Connect open.
