Consignment
FLUF Connect's Consignment feature enables resellers to partner together — suppliers can provide inventory to outlets who sell on their behalf.

Understanding Consignment
Two Roles
Supplier (Consignor) You supply products to outlet partners who sell them on your behalf. You retain ownership until sold and receive payment minus the outlet's commission.
Outlet (Consignee) You receive products from suppliers to list and sell. You earn a commission on each sale and handle customer service.
Note: You can be both a Supplier and an Outlet simultaneously.
Supplier Dashboard
If you're a Supplier, your dashboard shows:

Top Performing Outlets
See which outlets are selling the most of your products, including:
- Outlet name and email
- Number of products sold
- Total earnings generated
Stripe Connect
Suppliers must complete Stripe Connect setup to receive payments. If setup is needed, you'll see a banner prompting you to Complete Payment Setup.
Outlet Dashboard
If you're an Outlet, your dashboard shows:

Supplier Partnerships
View your supplier relationships including:
- Supplier name and email
- Commission rate percentage

See your latest consignment sales with:
- Product name and SKU
- Your earnings amount
- Link to view order in Shopify
Quick Actions
From the dashboard, access:
- Counterparties — Manage outlet/supplier relationships
- Orders — View and fulfil consignment orders
- Analytics — Performance insights and reports
- Settings — Configure preferences and filters
Consignment Settings
For Suppliers
- Expected Shipping Days: How quickly you ship orders
- Default Commission Rate: Standard commission for new outlets
- Prepend Brand to Title: Automatically add brand name to product titles
For Outlets
Product Filters control which products you receive from suppliers:

|---|---|
| Title Includes | Only accept products with these words in title |
| Title Excludes | Reject products with these words |
| SKU Includes | Only accept specific SKU patterns |
| Collections | Only accept from specific Shopify collections |
| Price Min/Max | Only accept products within price range |
Filters can be set globally or per-supplier relationship.

As a Supplier
- Set up your Stripe Connect account
- Invite outlets or accept requests
- Products are automatically synced to outlets
- Fulfil orders as they come in
- Receive payments after sales
As an Outlet
- Accept a supplier invitation
- Set your product filters (optional)
- Products sync to your channels
- Sell and earn commission
- Supplier handles fulfilment
Who Can Use Consignment?
Consignment is available on Super Seller plans and above. Contact support if you're interested in adding consignment capabilities to your account.
