Managing Your Listings

Managing Your Listings

The Listings page is your central hub for viewing and managing all your products across connected marketplaces. Here's everything you need to know.

Navigate to: Listings or click Listings in the left sidebar.

Viewing Your Listings

The Listings page only shows in-stock items.

Channel Tabs

At the top of the listings page, you'll see tabs for each connected marketplace:

  • All — View products from all channels combined
  • eBay — Your eBay listings
  • Depop — Your Depop listings
  • Shopify — Your Shopify products
  • Vinted — Your Vinted items
  • Etsy — Your Etsy listings

Click any tab to filter the view to that specific marketplace.

Picking a data source

When you open the Listings page without a selected source, FLUF will ask you to pick one or more data sources — the channels whose listings you want to see. Tick the channels you're interested in (e.g. eBay, Vinted, Depop) and your choice is remembered for next time. This keeps the page fast when you have thousands of items and stops FLUF from hiding listings you didn't know were filtered out. You can change your source selection at any time from the channel pills at the top.

Search & Filters

  • Search box — Find products by title, SKU, or description
  • Status filter — Filter by Active, Sold, Draft, etc.
  • Sort options — Sort by date created, price, or title

Force Refresh Button

The Force Refresh button (circular arrow icon) fetches the latest listings directly from each marketplace's API, bypassing the cached index.

When to Use Force Refresh

Use the force refresh button when:

  • New listings aren't appearing — If you just created listings on eBay, Depop, or another marketplace and they're not showing in FLUF yet
  • Scheduled listings went live — eBay scheduled listings that have just become active
  • Data seems stale — Prices, quantities, or statuses don't match what you see on the marketplace
  • After bulk changes — If you made bulk edits directly on a marketplace

How It Works

  1. Click the Force Refresh button (circular arrow icon next to the channel tabs)
  2. FLUF will contact each marketplace's API directly
  3. Your listings view will update with the freshest data
  4. This may take a few seconds depending on how many listings you have

Notes

  • Force refresh fetches listings from the last 120 days
  • For older listings, they may need to be manually imported or will appear in your cached index
  • The refresh affects all channels, not just the currently selected tab

Listing Cards

Each listing shows:

ElementDescription
ImageProduct photo (click to expand)
TitleProduct name (click to view details)
PriceCurrent listing price
StatusActive, Sold, Draft, etc.
PlatformsIcons showing where the product is listed
ActionsQuick actions (edit, crosslist, delete)

Prices are shown in your saved regional currency wherever FLUF can determine it.

Quick Actions

Crosslisting

Click the Crosslist button (or the platform icons) to list a product on additional marketplaces:

  1. Select the destination marketplace(s)
  2. Review and adjust details if needed
  3. Click List to publish

Editing

Click Edit to modify:

  • Title and description
  • Price
  • Photos
  • Category and attributes
  • Shipping details

Deleting

Click Delete to remove a listing. Note:

  • This deletes from FLUF's index only
  • To remove from the marketplace, use the End Listing option

Unlinking a Marketplace Listing

If you've already removed an item directly on a marketplace, click the small X beside that platform on the Listings page or in the product detail panel.

  • Unlink removes that marketplace link from FLUF without trying to delete it again
  • Use this when Force Refresh still shows a listing that no longer exists on the channel

Bulk Unlink: To unlink many products at once, tick the listings you want on the Listings page, open Actions (top right), and choose Unlink. Pick the channels to stop tracking on — this can't be undone, so only use it for listings you've already removed on the marketplace yourself.

Bulk Operations

Select multiple listings using the checkboxes, then use the bulk action menu:

  • Bulk Crosslist — List multiple items on another marketplace
  • Bulk Edit — Change prices, categories, or attributes for multiple items
  • Bulk Delete — Remove multiple listings from FLUF
  • Bulk Mark as Sold — Set inventory to 0 across selected channels in one click. Big batches run in the background and you can follow progress on the Bulk Jobs page.
  • Export CSV — Download selected listings as a spreadsheet

Troubleshooting

Listings Not Appearing

  1. Try Force Refresh — Click the refresh button to fetch latest data
  2. Check the channel tab — Make sure you're viewing the correct marketplace
  3. Check filters — Clear any active filters that might be hiding listings
  4. Wait a moment — New listings can take a few minutes to sync

Scheduled eBay Listings

eBay scheduled listings will appear in FLUF once they go live (at their scheduled start time). If they don't appear immediately:

  1. Wait until after the scheduled start time
  2. Click Force Refresh to fetch the latest data
  3. Check the eBay tab specifically

Stale Data

If listings show outdated information:

  1. Click Force Refresh to update from marketplace APIs
  2. Check if the marketplace has any ongoing issues
  3. Contact support if the problem persists

On mobile

The Listings tab in the FLUF Connect app is the mobile equivalent of this page. It supports the same workflow with a few touch-friendly differences:

  • Browsing — Listings appear as image cards. Scroll to load more (infinite scroll), pull down to refresh.
  • Searching — Tap the search bar at the top to search by title or SKU. Results filter as you type.
  • Filtering — Filter by Platform source (FLUF AI, FLUF DB, Depop, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, Vinted) or Status (Synced, Crosslisting, Processing, Scheduled, Error).
  • Editing — Tap any card to open the detail view, then Edit, Sync, Mark as Sold, or Delete.
  • Multi-select & bulk actions — Long-press a card to enter multi-select mode, then tap others to add. The bulk bar at the bottom offers Delete, Relist, Sold, and Crosslist. Big batches (>10 items) run in the background — track progress on the Bulk Jobs page on the web.
  • Listings Log — Access from the Listings screen header for a 24-hour activity timeline (created, crosslisted, synced, errored).
  • Auto-listing rules — Configure default destination channels for new listings from the same screen.
