Getting Started with the FLUF App
The FLUF Connect mobile app lets you create listings, manage inventory, and crosslist to multiple marketplaces — all from your phone. It's built for speed: snap a photo, let AI do the rest, and have your listing live on Depop, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, Vinted, or Facebook in seconds.
Download the App:
- iOS: Search "FLUF Connect" on the App Store
- Android: Search "FLUF Connect" on Google Play
- Or scan the QR code from your Connect Dashboard
Creating Your Account
If you already have a FLUF Connect account, just log in with your username and password. You can also sign in with Google.
If you're new, tap Create Account to register. You'll need a username, email address, and a password (at least 8 characters). You can also sign up with Google for a one-tap setup. You'll get a free trial to explore all features before subscribing.

Welcome Tour
The first time you open the app, a quick onboarding tour introduces the three things FLUF Connect does for you:
- List Everywhere At Once — Snap a photo and list to Depop, eBay, Vinted, Etsy, and Shopify simultaneously
- AI Does The Work — AI writes titles, descriptions, and suggests prices
- Sync Automatically — Sell on one platform, stock updates everywhere
Swipe through the slides or tap Next. On the final slide, tap Get Started to jump straight to the camera. You can also tap Skip at any time. The tour only appears once.
What You Can Do
The app has five tabs along the bottom:
1. Create — The camera opens by default. Take a photo of any product and AI instantly generates a full listing: title, description, price, brand, category, condition, and more. You can crosslist to your connected marketplaces right from the camera screen.
2. Channels — View and manage your marketplace connections. Connect or disconnect Depop, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, Vinted, and Facebook. See listing counts and connection status at a glance.
3. Intesa — Your built-in AI assistant (the centre button). Ask questions about reselling, crosslisting, or any FLUF Connect feature and get instant help.
4. Listings — Browse all your products with search, filters, and infinite scroll. Edit details, sync inventory, mark items as sold, or use multi-select for bulk actions like deleting or relisting.
5. More — Account settings, AI preferences, notification controls, sharing settings, and your monthly recap card. Also gives quick access to your Dashboard, Orders, Chat, and Settings.

Your First Listing
You can keep taking photos while AI processes. The app handles everything in the background so you never have to wait around.
