Using FLUF on Mobile

The FLUF Connect mobile app lets you create listings, manage inventory, and crosslist to multiple marketplaces — all from your phone. It's built for speed: snap a photo, let AI do the rest, and have your listing live on Depop, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, Vinted, or Facebook in seconds.

Download the app:

• iOS — Search "FLUF Connect" on the App Store
• Android — Search "FLUF Connect" on Google Play
• Or scan the QR code from the phone icon in the FLUF Connect header (top-right, next to the Intesa button) — visible on desktop only

Your account is shared with the web dashboard at fluf.io/connect — log in with the same credentials and all your listings, channels, and settings sync automatically.

Creating an account & logging in

If you already have a FLUF Connect account, log in with your username (or email) and password. You can also use Sign in with Google for one-tap access if that's how you registered.

If you're new, tap Create Account to register. You'll need a username, email, and a password (minimum 8 characters). Sign up with Google is the fastest path — no credentials to remember.

Forgot your password? Reset it from fluf.io/connect. Sessions persist until you log out, so you won't be asked to sign in every time you open the app.

The welcome tour

The first time you open the app, a quick onboarding tour introduces what FLUF does:

1. List everywhere at once — Snap a photo and list to Depop, eBay, Vinted, Etsy, and Shopify simultaneously
2. AI does the work — AI writes titles, descriptions, and suggests prices
3. Sync automatically — Sell on one platform, stock updates everywhere

Swipe through or tap Skip. The tour only appears once.

The five tabs

The bottom navigation has five tabs:

The tab bar hides automatically when you're using the camera and reappears when you interact with the AI preview or navigate elsewhere.

Connecting marketplaces from the app

Tap the Channels tab to link your marketplaces. Eight platforms are supported: Depop, eBay, Shopify, Vinted, Facebook Marketplace, Vestiaire Collective, Yaga, and Temu.

Each channel has its own connection method, but the flow is the same: tap the channel card, follow the prompts, and the card turns green when connected.

A few channel-specific notes:

• Depop uses a magic link. Enter your Depop email, tap Request Magic Link, then check your inbox. Important: don't tap the link directly — it opens in your browser instead of FLUF. Long-press the "Log in to Depop" button, copy the link, paste it back into the app, and tap Connect. Sessions last about 30 days.
• eBay, Shopify, Etsy, Temu use OAuth or API tokens. Shopify walks you through a 4-step custom-app setup.
• Vinted, Facebook, Vestiaire, Yaga open a built-in webview to sign in directly.

Pull down on the Channels screen to refresh statuses. You can also manage connections from fluf.io/connect/channels — they sync to the app automatically.

Your first listing

1. Open the app — the camera launches automatically
2. Point at a product and tap the shutter button
3. AI analyses your photo in about 7 seconds
4. A preview appears showing title, price, and key details
5. Tap Edit to fine-tune, or Quick List to crosslist immediately
6. Pick which marketplaces to list on
7. Done — your listing is live

You can keep snapping photos while AI processes. Everything runs in the background.

Subscription & free trial

You can try FLUF on your own items without paying — snap a photo, let AI write the listing, edit it, and save the draft. You only need a subscription when you actually crosslist.

When you're ready, tap any List button, the Subscribe to crosslist banner at the top of any tab, or the Upgrade chip in the More tab. The in-app plan picker offers four options: Simple, Seller, Pro, and Super Seller. Tap a plan and you'll be taken to fluf.io to complete checkout. When you return to the app, your features unlock automatically.

To upgrade, downgrade, or cancel an existing subscription, visit fluf.io/connect/settings/billing on the web.

If your subscription lapses, you can still browse, edit, mark items sold, and create drafts — but crosslisting and relisting are paused until you resubscribe.

More tab — settings & extras

The More tab is your hub for account management:

• Profile header — Avatar, name, and notification bell with unread count
• Subscription status — Current plan with an upgrade option
• Monthly recap card — Shareable summary of your listings, sales, and revenue this month
• Quick-access tiles — Dashboard, Orders, Chat, Settings
• AI Settings — Set a typical title and description to guide AI's writing style; toggle Auto-Tagging (whether AI auto-analyses your first photo)
• Mobile Settings — Toggle Save Photos to Library to keep camera shots in your device's photo roll
• Share Preferences — Choose which social platforms appear first when sharing, and which marketplace your share links point at
• Help & Documentation — Opens the support articles directly inside the app
• Log Out

Tips for getting started

• Connect your channels first — head to the Channels tab before creating listings, so your first listing can crosslist on the spot
• Set a typical title/description early — AI matches your style from the first listing
• Enable notifications — get instant sale alerts so you can ship quickly
• Use good lighting — natural or bright indoor light gives the most accurate AI results
• Take multiple angles — front, back, tags, and detail shots help AI fill in more fields
• Try Quick List — when AI nails the details, skip the form and list in one tap
