Signing In & Account Access
How to get into your FLUF account, and what to do when you can't.
Navigate to: Sign in
How you sign in
There are two ways into FLUF, and the one you use is the one you signed up with:
- With a password — your email or username plus the password you chose when you registered.
- With Google — the Continue with Google button. No password is involved at any point.
If you created your account with Continue with Google, you were never given a password, so there is nothing to type into the password box. Use the Google button instead. If the sign-in page sees you trying a password on a Google account, it will tell you so.
I'd rather use a password
You can add one to a Google account at any time — use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page. We'll email you a link to set one. From then on either method works: the Google button or your new password.
I've forgotten my password
Use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page and follow the emailed link. The link is only good for a short while, so if it has gone stale just request a fresh one.
Too many tries and now I'm locked out
After several failed sign-in attempts we temporarily lock the account. It's an automatic safety measure, it isn't a sign that anything is wrong with your account, and it clears on its own after 24 hours.
Two things to know:
- You'll be warned before it happens. As you get close, the sign-in page tells you how many
attempts are left and suggests resetting rather than guessing.
- Password reset always keeps working, even while the lock is on. That's the quickest way back
in, so reset rather than waiting the lock out.
If you're still stuck, reply to any FLUF email or message us and we'll unlock it for you.
Nothing here worked
Message us with the email address on the account and roughly when you last got in successfully. We can see whether the attempts reached us and get you back in from our side.
