Schedule Listings to Go Live Later

Choose when your listings go live instead of posting them the moment they're ready. Prepare items as usual, pick the channels, set a date and time, and FLUF posts them for you.

Navigate to: Crosslist → select items → Crosslist → the Now ▾ chip beside Start crosslisting

Schedule a listing

1. Select the items on the Crosslist page and open the Crosslist window.
2. Choose your channels and review pricing as normal.
3. Click Now ▾ next to Start crosslisting and pick a date and time.
4. The button changes to Schedule. Click it.

Everything you picked goes live at that time. You can keep working, close the tab, or leave for the day.

Options

• Space items out – with several items, post them a few minutes, hours, or a day apart instead of all at once.
• Different time per channel – send the same items to one channel now and another later.
• Name this drop – give a batch a name so it shows as one group on the calendar.
• You sell most on… – once you have around 20 sales, the picker suggests the days and times your buyers are most active. Click a suggestion to use it.

The calendar

Automations → Schedule shows everything that's scheduled and what went live each day.

• Month and Week views. Drag a group to another day or hour to move it.
• Click a day to see each item. Post now sends them straight away; Cancel removes them.
• Best times shades the week by your own sales so you can see at a glance when to post.

Channels that need the FLUF extension or app

Vinted, Facebook, Whatnot, Grailed, Poshmark, Mercari and similar channels list through the FLUF extension or the FLUF app. A scheduled listing for those still starts on time, but it goes out once the extension or app is open and signed in, so keep one running around that time.

Where to check progress

Once a scheduled time arrives the items appear in the Listings Log like any other crosslist, with the usual status and any errors.
