Issue: Subscription Paid But Not Showing / Not Activated

Symptoms: You paid for a subscription but your account still shows as unpaid, or the features you paid for aren't unlocked.

Solutions:

  1. Have you created more than one account under different emails? This is the most common cause. If you paid with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal, the payment uses the email tied to that wallet (e.g. your iCloud/Gmail address) — which may be a different email than the one you log in with. The payment succeeds, but it activates a second account created under the wallet's email.
  2. Check whether you can log in with that other email (the one on your Apple/Google/PayPal account) — your subscription may be active there.
  3. Log out and back in, or refresh, after payment — activation can take a minute or two.
  4. Confirm the payment actually completed: if your card/wallet shows no charge, the checkout was likely closed before finishing — start it again and complete the payment step.
  5. If you do have two accounts and want everything on one, contact support — we can move your subscription onto your main account so you keep all your connected channels and listings.

When contacting support, tell us: the email you log in with and the email/wallet you paid with — this lets us match the payment to the right account immediately.


Issue: Channel Won't Connect

Symptoms: Error when trying to connect marketplace

Solutions:

  1. Double-check credentials (username/password)
  2. Verify account is in good standing on platform
  3. For OAuth (eBay, Shopify): Try different browser
  4. Clear browser cache and cookies
  5. Disable browser extensions temporarily
  6. Check if platform is experiencing outages

Issue: Listings Not Appearing

Symptoms: Created listing but not visible on marketplace

Solutions:

  1. Check Listings page for error messages
  2. Verify channel is still connected in Channels page
  3. Some platforms have approval delays (Vinted: 1-2 min)
  4. Check if listing violates platform policies
  5. Look in Sync History for specific errors
  6. Try manually syncing the channel

Issue: Inventory Not Syncing

Symptoms: Item sold on one platform, still available on others

Solutions:

  1. Verify SKUs match across listings
  2. Check Sync History for errors
  3. Manually trigger sync in Dashboard → Sync Now
  4. Ensure channel connection is active
  5. Allow time for automatic sync or use manual sync
  6. Check if API rate limits are hit

Issue: AI Not Detecting Brand

Symptoms: AI doesn't recognize brand in photos

Solutions:

  1. Make sure brand tag is clearly visible
  2. Include close-up photo of tag
  3. Good lighting on tag photo
  4. Some brands aren't in AI database - add manually
  5. Lesser-known brands may not be recognized

Issue: CSV Import Failing

Symptoms: Error during CSV upload or processing

Solutions:

  1. Verify CSV is UTF-8 encoded
  2. Check all required columns are present
  3. Remove special characters from text fields
  4. Ensure image URLs are publicly accessible
  5. Test with first 10 rows only
  6. Check file size (max 5000 rows)

Issue: Images Not Uploading

Symptoms: Image upload stuck or fails

Solutions:

  1. Check image file size (max 10MB per image)
  2. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP
  3. Try fewer images at once
  4. Check internet connection
  5. Disable ad blockers
  6. Try different browser

Issue: Orders Not Showing

Symptoms: Order placed on marketplace, not in FLUF

Solutions:

  1. Wait 5-10 minutes (webhook delay)
  2. Manually sync orders in Orders page → Sync
  3. Check if channel is connected
  4. Verify order is confirmed on platform
  5. Check Sync History for errors

Issue: Can't Fulfill Order

Symptoms: Error when trying to mark order fulfilled

Solutions:

  1. Verify channel connection is active
  2. Check if order already fulfilled on platform
  3. Ensure order is in 'processing' status in Orders
  4. Try refreshing page
  5. Contact support if persists

Issue: Vinted Listings Slow

Symptoms: Vinted listings take very long to create

Solutions:

  1. Vinted listings typically take 1-2 minutes each — this is normal
  2. Don't create too many at once to avoid rate limiting
  3. Check Vinted for CAPTCHA challenges
  4. Ensure Vinted credentials are up to date

Issue: Account Suspended

Symptoms: Marketplace reports FLUF accessing account

Solutions:

  1. Most platforms allow third-party tools — this is normal
  2. If flagged, reduce listing frequency temporarily
  3. Contact platform support and explain you use a crosslisting tool
  4. Keep marketplace account in good standing
  5. Avoid creating large batches of listings in a short window
