Keep your listings fresh and visible with FLUF's auto-relisting. Newer listings rank higher in marketplace search — relisting gives your products a visibility boost without any manual effort.
Relisting deletes your listing and immediately recreates it with a new timestamp. The result is a fresh listing that appears higher in marketplace search results.
Why it works:
Marketplaces prioritise newer listings in search results
Fresh listings attract more engagement (views, favourites, offers)
View counters reset, making your listing look new to buyers
FLUF handles the entire process automatically — your listing details, photos, and pricing are all preserved.
How It Works Per Channel
Each marketplace has different technical requirements, which means relisting works slightly differently on each one. Here's what you need to know.
Depop
Depop relisting is fully automatic and server-side — FLUF handles everything in the background.
How it works:
FLUF verifies your listing is still live on Depop
Your listing is deleted from Depop
A fresh listing is immediately created with identical details
That's it — no browser, no extension, nothing to keep running
Good to know:
Relisting runs throughout the day on autopilot
If a relist fails, FLUF retries automatically
Your listing data (title, description, price, photos) is fully preserved
eBay
eBay relisting is also fully automatic and server-side, with one important difference: eBay may charge listing fees depending on your seller allowance.
How it works:
FLUF verifies your listing is still active on eBay
If you have fee protection enabled, FLUF checks whether relisting would incur a fee
Your listing is ended (deleted) on eBay
A fresh fixed-price listing is immediately created
Only fixed-price listings are relisted (auctions are not supported)
If you've used up your free monthly listing allowance, eBay charges an insertion fee per listing — FLUF can skip items that would trigger fees if you enable fee protection in your eBay channel settings
Relisting runs in the background like Depop
Vinted
Vinted relisting works through the FLUF Chrome Extension because Vinted requires browser-based authentication that can't be done from a server.
How it works:
FLUF prepares the relist (builds the new listing payload with your data)
The Chrome extension picks up the next item to relist during a passive check
The extension verifies the listing is still live on Vinted
The extension deletes the old listing
After a short delay, the extension uploads your photos and creates the fresh listing
The extension reports the result back to FLUF, which updates your dashboard
What you need:
The FLUF Chrome Extension installed from the Chrome Web Store
Chrome running in the background with the extension active
Logged into Vinted in your Chrome browser
Good to know:
Relisting happens passively while you browse — you don't need to keep a Vinted tab open
Just keep Chrome running with the extension installed
If Chrome is closed, items queue up and process next time you open it
Your photos, description, price, and all listing details are preserved
Each channel has a daily limit calculated as 1/30th of your total products on that channel. This ensures all your listings get refreshed roughly once per month.
Example: 600 Depop listings → ~20 relists per day.
You can customise this with Relisting Strategies (see below).
Relisting Strategies
Strategies let you control which items get relisted first and how many per day.
Creating a Strategy
Go to Listings → Relisting → Strategies tab
Click Create Strategy
Configure your preferences:
Daily Limit
Proportional (default): A fraction of your total inventory (e.g., 1/30th = ~once per month)
Fixed: A specific number of items per day (e.g., exactly 50)
Sort Order — which items get relisted first:
Oldest first (default): Items that haven't been relisted for the longest get priority
Price: Prioritise your highest or lowest priced items
Category sell-through rate: Prioritise categories that sell best historically
Seasonality: Prioritise items that are in-season (winter coats in winter, etc.)
Minimum Age Filter
Only relist items older than X days (e.g., "only relist items that have been listed for at least 14 days")
You can create multiple strategies per channel — their daily limits stack.
Time Windows
Control when relisting runs by setting a time window.
How it works depends on the channel:
Vinted — Relisting only runs during the hours you set. Outside the window, it's paused until the window reopens the next day. Set the window wide enough that your daily quota can complete within it — if the window is too tight, your quota might not finish that day.
Depop / eBay / Shopify / Etsy — The window acts as "focus hours" for rate limiting. During focus hours, hourly rate limits apply to prevent bursting. Outside the window, relisting continues at a natural pace with no hourly limits — your daily quota is completed regardless.
To set up:
Go to Listings → Relisting
Find the channel card
Enable the Time Window toggle
Set your start and end hours (e.g., 7:00 – 23:00)
If no window is set, relisting runs 24/7 whenever your browser is active (Vinted) or on cron (other channels).
