Using the AI Assistant

The FLUF app includes a built-in AI assistant that can help with your reselling questions. It has its own tab in the bottom navigation and works like a chat conversation.


Accessing the AI Assistant

Tap the Intesa tab in the bottom navigation bar (the centre icon) to open the chat interface. You need to be logged in to use it.


How It Works

The AI assistant is a conversational chat where you can ask questions and get help. Type your message at the bottom of the screen and tap send. The assistant processes your question and responds in the chat.

You can ask about:

  • How to use FLUF Connect features
  • Crosslisting questions and troubleshooting
  • Marketplace-specific guidance (Depop, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, Vinted)
  • Pricing and listing optimisation tips
  • General reselling advice

Conversations

Your chat history is saved. When you return to the AI assistant, your previous conversations are available. You can:

  • Continue an existing conversation by selecting it
  • Start a new conversation to ask about a different topic
  • View history to browse past chats
  • The assistant maintains context within a conversation, so you can ask follow-up questions without repeating yourself.


    Tips

  • Be specific in your questions for more useful answers
  • Use it when you're stuck on a listing or unsure which marketplace settings to use
  • Start a new conversation for unrelated topics to keep things organised
