Intesa is your built-in AI assistant that can answer questions, search your inventory, take actions across your channels, debug issues, and help refine your product listings — from both the desktop dashboard and the mobile app.

Accessing Intesa

  • Desktop — Click Open Intesa in the top bar on any FLUF Connect page
  • Mobile App — Tap the Intesa tab in the bottom navigation bar
  • Product Editing — Open Intesa from a product's detail page to chat about that specific item
  • WhatsApp — Message our WhatsApp number to chat with Intesa on the go (add your phone number in Settings > Account first)

What Can I Ask Intesa?

Intesa has access to your real data and can take actions on your behalf. Here are ideas to get you started — but you can ask anything about your crosslisting business.

    Intesa remembers the context of your conversation, so you can build on previous answers naturally:

    Intesa: 12 products have been listed over 60 days without a sale...

    Image Support

    You can attach images when chatting with Intesa (up to 4 per message). Intesa will analyse them using AI vision. This is useful for:

  • Sending screenshots of errors or marketplace pages
  • Sharing product photos for listing advice
  • Getting Intesa to identify a product from a photo

  • Tips for Better Results

    Be Specific:

  • Include SKUs, dates, or channel names
  • Specify time periods for analytics (e.g. "last 7 days", "March")
  • Mention exact product titles when searching
  • Use Natural Language:

  • Ask questions conversationally — no special commands needed
  • Intesa understands context from previous messages
  • You can follow up without repeating yourself
  • Ask for Actions:

  • Intesa can crosslist products, update settings, create bulk jobs, edit products, and export data
  • It will always confirm before taking actions that change your data

  • Conversation Management

  • New Conversation — Click New to start fresh (previous context is cleared)
  • Previous Conversations — Browse and resume past chats from the conversations list
  • Feedback — Rate responses with thumbs up/down to help improve quality

  • If Something Goes Wrong

    If Intesa encounters repeated errors, it will automatically notify the FLUF team and let you know. You can also:

  • Start a new conversation to reset context
  • Try rephrasing your question
  • Contact support at [email protected] if the issue persists
