Using Intesa on Mobile
The FLUF mobile app includes Intesa, your AI assistant for managing your crosslisting business on the go. It has its own tab in the bottom navigation.
Accessing Intesa
Tap the Intesa tab in the bottom navigation bar (the centre icon). You need to be logged in to use it.
You can also open Intesa from a product's detail page to chat specifically about that item — for example, refining the title, adjusting the price, or crosslisting to a new channel.
What You Can Do
Intesa works the same on mobile as on desktop. You can:
- Search your products across all channels
- Check your sales analytics and performance
- Debug sync issues and listing errors
- View your listings log and recent orders
- Crosslist products to new channels
- Create and monitor bulk operations
- Update channel settings
- Export data as CSV
- Edit product details (title, price, description, category, and more)
Intesa uses tools to fetch real data and take actions — it chains multiple steps together automatically when needed.

You can attach up to 4 images per message. This is useful for:
Conversations
Your chat history is saved. When you return to Intesa, your previous conversations are available. You can:
Intesa maintains context within a conversation, so follow-up questions work naturally without repeating yourself.
