Managing Your Listings

The Listings tab gives you a full view of all your products across every marketplace. Search, filter, edit, and take bulk actions — all from your phone.


Browsing Listings

Your listings appear as cards showing the product image, title, price, and status badges. Scroll down to load more — the list loads automatically as you reach the bottom (infinite scroll). Pull down to refresh at any time.

The header shows your total listing count.


Searching

Tap the search bar at the top of the Listings screen to search by product title or SKU. Results filter in real-time as you type.


Filtering

Use the filter options to narrow down your listings:

  • Platform source — Show only listings from a specific marketplace (e.g. only Depop imports)
  • Status — Filter by listing status:
- Synced — Active and in sync across channels

- Crosslisting — Currently being pushed to marketplaces - Processing — Being created or updated - Scheduled — Queued for future listing - Error — Failed to list (tap to see the issue)


Editing a Listing

Tap any listing card to open its detail view. From there you can:

  • Edit — Update the title, description, price, photos, and other fields
  • Sync — Push updated details to connected marketplaces
  • Mark as Sold — Remove the listing from active channels
  • Delete — Remove the product entirely

  • Multi-Select & Bulk Actions

    For managing multiple listings at once:

    1. Long-press any listing card to enter multi-select mode
    2. Tap additional listings to select them
    3. A bulk actions bar appears at the bottom with options:
    - Delete — Remove selected listings

    - Relist — Push selected listings to marketplaces again - Crosslist — List selected items on additional channels

    Tap the X or press back to exit multi-select mode.


    Listings Log

    The Listings Log shows a timeline of recent listing activity over the past 24 hours. Access it from the Listings screen header. It tracks:

  • Listings created
  • Crosslisting attempts (successes and failures)
  • Sync events
  • Status changes
  • This is useful for checking that your recent batch of listings all went through successfully.


    Listings Errors

    If any listings failed to crosslist, the Errors section collects them in one place. Tap an error to see what went wrong and retry the operation.


    Auto Listing Rules

    Access automation settings from the Listings screen to set up rules for automatic crosslisting. Configure which channels new listings should be pushed to by default.


    Tips

  • Use multi-select to quickly clean up old inventory — long-press, select all you want to remove, and bulk delete
  • Check the Listings Log after a sourcing session to confirm everything listed successfully
  • If a listing shows an error status, tap it to see the specific issue — it's often a missing required field for that marketplace
