How It Works

Browse Rewards — See all available tasks on the Rewards page
Complete Tasks — Some tasks are detected automatically, others require manual submission
Claim Reward — Click "Claim" once you've completed an automatic reward, or "Submit" for manual ones
Earn Capacity — Bonus products are permanently added to your account

Reward Types

Automatic Rewards

These are detected automatically when you use FLUF. Once completed, just tap "Claim" to collect your bonus.

Crosslist from Mobile — List a product using the FLUF mobile app (+10%)
Connect & Crosslist to a Channel — Connect each channel (Depop, eBay, Vinted, Shopify, Facebook, Yaga) and successfully list at least one product (+5% per channel)
Enable Auto Offers — Turn on automatic offer management for Depop, eBay, or Vinted (+5% per channel)
Remove 10 Backgrounds — Use the background removal tool on 10+ products (+5%)
Chat with Intesa 3+ Times — Have at least 3 conversations with the FLUF Connect AI Copilot (+5%)

Manual Rewards

These require you to submit proof. After submitting, your claim will be reviewed and approved.

Share FLUF — Share FLUF on social media (+10%, or +50% for a video review!)

Trustpilot Review — Leave a review on Trustpilot (+20%)

Smart Pricing Feedback — Share your feedback on the Smart Pricing feature (+10%)

Streak Milestones

Stay consistent and earn bonus capacity at every milestone:

Crosslisting streaks — 7, 14, 21, 30, 60, 90, 180, and 365 days of crosslisting activity (+1% per milestone)

Login streaks — 7, 14, 21, 30, 60, 90, 180, and 365 days of consecutive logins (+0.5% per milestone)

Capacity Breakdown

The capacity bar at the top of the Rewards page shows exactly how your product limit is calculated:

Base — Your subscription tier's included products

Referrals — Bonus products from your referral signups

Rewards — Bonus products from completed rewards

Bonus percentages are calculated against your base subscription limit. For example, if your plan includes 1,000 products and you complete a 10% reward, you get +100 products permanently.

Streaks

Your streaks track consecutive days of activity. Keep them going to unlock milestone rewards and see how you rank against other FLUF users.

Crosslisting Streak — Consecutive days with at least one crosslisting action. Resets if you miss a day.

Login Streak — Consecutive days logging in to FLUF Connect. Resets if you miss a day.

Percentile — How your streak compares (Top 1%, 5%, 10%, 25%, or 50%)

Your current streaks are shown in the sidebar and on the mobile app profile.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are reward bonuses permanent? Yes — once claimed and approved, the extra products are yours to keep forever.

Can I complete rewards more than once? Most rewards are one-time only. "Share FLUF" can be completed multiple times, and streak milestones unlock progressively as you maintain your streak.

When do automatic rewards show as claimable? As soon as the system detects you've met the requirement. For example, listing a product from the mobile app immediately makes the "Crosslist from Mobile" reward claimable.

How long do manual rewards take to approve? Manual submissions are reviewed promptly — usually within 24 hours.

I don't see the Rewards page — why? Rewards are available on all plans except Super Seller, which already includes unlimited product capacity.
