Creating Listings with AI Camera
The FLUF app's camera is designed to get you from photo to live listing as fast as possible. Take a photo, and AI generates the title, description, price, brand, category, condition, and more — typically in about 7 seconds.
Taking Photos
When you open the app, the camera is ready. Tap the shutter button to capture a photo. You can also:
- Switch cameras — Tap the flip icon to toggle between front and rear cameras
- Use flash — Tap the flash icon to toggle the flash on or off
- Upload from gallery — Tap the gallery icon to select existing photos (up to 20 images)
After taking your first photo, AI analysis starts immediately in the background. The camera stays active so you can keep taking more photos of the same product — different angles, tags, details — without waiting.
The AI Analysis Overlay
Once AI finishes analysing (roughly 7 seconds), a preview panel slides up from the bottom of the screen showing:
From this overlay, you have three options:
- Edit — Opens the full product form where you can adjust any field before listing
- Quick List — Crosslists immediately to your selected marketplaces without opening the form
- Dismiss — Cancels the listing and returns to the camera
Quick List
Quick List lets you go from photo to live listing without ever opening a form. When the AI preview appears, the Quick List button crosslists to whichever marketplaces you've selected. This is ideal when AI gets the details right and you want maximum speed — especially useful when sourcing at thrift stores where time matters.
The Product Form
If you tap Edit, the full product form opens with all AI-generated fields pre-filled. You can adjust:
The form loads in two phases for speed. The basic fields (title, price, brand, category, condition) appear immediately. The remaining fields (description, department, size, colours) fill in automatically in the background via a second AI pass — you can start editing right away without waiting for everything.
Once you're happy, select your target marketplaces and tap Create to list.
Multi-Image Listings
You can add up to 20 photos per listing. There are two ways:
All images are uploaded in parallel for speed. If one image fails to upload, the others still go through.
Auto-Tagging
By default, AI automatically analyses your first photo. If you prefer to take photos without triggering AI analysis (for example, if you want to capture several products before processing), you can toggle Auto-Tagging off in your Profile settings.
When auto-tagging is off, photos are captured but not analysed until you manually trigger it.
