Subscription & Account Settings

Subscription & Account Settings

The More tab is your hub for account management, app preferences, and subscription information.

Your Profile

At the top of the More screen you'll see your avatar (showing your initial), display name, and account details. If you're not logged in, tapping the avatar takes you to the login screen. A notification bell with unread count badge sits in the top-right corner.

Below your profile info you'll see your subscription plan status and the monthly recap card. Further down, under the FLUF Connect heading, are quick-access tiles for Dashboard, Orders, Chat, and Settings — tap any of them to jump to that section.

Try Before You Buy

You can try FLUF Connect on your own items without paying:

  • Snap a photo or pick one from your gallery
  • Our AI writes the title, description, category, brand, and suggests a price in seconds
  • Edit anything you want and save the draft
  • Connect your marketplace channels and browse the dashboard

You only need a subscription when you want to actually crosslist your items across marketplaces. Tapping "List on Depop" (or any channel) opens the plan picker where you can pick the subscription that fits your inventory size.

Subscription

When you're ready to subscribe, tap any "List" button in the app, or tap the "Subscribe to crosslist across marketplaces" banner at the top of any tab, or tap the Upgrade chip in the More tab. Any of these routes opens the in-app plan picker with your four options: Simple, Seller, Pro, and Super Seller. Tap a plan and you'll be taken to your account on fluf.io to complete the purchase. When you return to the app, your new features unlock automatically.

To manage an existing subscription (upgrade, downgrade, or cancel), visit your account settings on the web at fluf.io/connect/settings/billing.

If your subscription lapses, you can still browse your existing listings, edit them, mark them as sold, and even create new drafts — but you won't be able to crosslist or relist until you resubscribe.

AI Settings

The More screen includes AI-related settings:

Typical Title & Description Set example titles and descriptions that help AI understand your listing style. These examples guide the AI when generating new listings, making the output more consistent with how you like to write.

Auto-Tagging Toggle whether AI automatically analyses your first photo when you take it. On by default. Turn it off if you prefer to capture photos without triggering AI analysis immediately.

Tap Save Settings after making changes.

Mobile Settings

Save Photos to Library Toggle whether photos taken in the app are saved to your device's photo library.

Share Preferences Configure which social platforms appear first when sharing, and set your preferred marketplace for share links. See the Sharing Your Listings & Sales article for details.

Notifications

Tap the bell icon in the top-right corner to view your notifications. The badge shows your unread count. See Notifications & Alerts for full details.

Monthly Recap

Your Profile shows a monthly recap card summarising your activity — listings created, sales, and revenue. Tap the share icon on the card to share it on social media.

Help & Documentation

Above the Log Out button you'll find a Help & Documentation link. Tapping it opens the FLUF Connect mobile app support articles directly inside the app. Browse guides on creating listings, connecting channels, notifications, troubleshooting, and more — all without leaving the app.

Logging Out

Scroll to the bottom of the More screen and tap Log Out. You'll be asked to confirm before being signed out. Logging out clears your session but doesn't affect your listings or marketplace connections.

Tips

  • Set your typical title and description early — it helps AI match your writing style from the start
  • Check the monthly recap regularly to track your progress
  • If you manage multiple marketplaces, make sure your share preferences point to the marketplace you want to promote most
