Registration, Login & Onboarding
Before you can start listing, you need a FLUF Connect account. The app walks you through creating one, logging in, and getting oriented with a quick onboarding tour.
Creating an Account
If you're new to FLUF Connect, tap Create Account on the login screen to register.
You'll need to provide:
- Username — Your unique FLUF Connect username
- Email address — A valid email (used for account recovery and notifications)
- Password — Must be at least 8 characters
- Confirm password — Re-enter your password to confirm
Once you've filled in all fields, tap Create Account. If there's an issue (like the username already being taken or an invalid email), the app shows an error message explaining what to fix.
Sign Up with Google
You can also create an account using your Google account. Tap the Sign up with Google button on the registration screen. You'll be asked to choose a Google account, and FLUF Connect will create your account automatically using your Google profile details.
This is the fastest way to get started — no username or password to remember.
Logging In
If you already have a FLUF Connect account, enter your username (or email) and password on the login screen, then tap Log In.
You can also tap the eye icon next to the password field to show or hide your password as you type.
Sign in with Google: If you registered with Google, tap Sign in with Google and select the same Google account you used to register.
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it from the FLUF Connect website at fluf.io/connect.
Onboarding Tour
The first time you open the app after installing, you'll see a quick onboarding tour with three screens that introduce what FLUF Connect does:
- List Everywhere At Once — Snap a photo and list to Depop, eBay, Vinted, Etsy, and Shopify simultaneously. No more copy-pasting.
- AI Does The Work — AI writes titles, descriptions, and suggests prices. Just take photos and review.
- Sync Automatically — Sell on one platform, stock updates everywhere. No overselling, no manual updates.
Swipe through the slides or tap Next to progress. On the final slide, tap Get Started to go straight to the camera and start listing.
If you want to skip the tour, tap Skip in the top-right corner at any time.
The onboarding tour only appears once. After completing or skipping it, the app opens directly to the camera on future launches.
After Logging In
Once you're logged in, the app takes you straight to the camera screen so you can start creating listings immediately. Your session stays active until you explicitly log out — you won't need to log in every time you open the app.
If your session expires (which can happen after extended periods), the app will prompt you to log in again.
