Connecting Vestiaire Collective to FLUF Connect

Vestiaire Collective is the leading global marketplace for pre-owned luxury fashion, covering designer clothing, bags, shoes, and accessories. Connect your account using the FLUF Utility Chrome Extension.

Prerequisites

• Active Vestiaire Collective seller account
• Google Chrome browser
• FLUF Utility Chrome Extension (installed during connection)

Connection Steps

Step 1: Open Connection Modal

1. Navigate to Connect → Channels
2. Click Add Channel and select Vestiaire Collective

Step 2: Install FLUF Utility Chrome Extension

1. Click Install Chrome Extension if you haven't already
2. You'll be redirected to Chrome Web Store
3. Click Add to Chrome
4. Confirm the extension installation
5. Return to FLUF Connect window

Step 3: Log Into Vestiaire Collective

1. Click Open Vestiaire Collective button in the connection modal
2. A new Chrome tab will open with vestiairecollective.com
3. Log in to your Vestiaire Collective account in this new tab
4. Return to FLUF Connect window

Step 4: Connect

1. Click Connect with Chrome Extension
2. FLUF will automatically detect your Vestiaire session
3. Once detected, the connection will complete automatically

Tip: Make sure you're logged into Vestiaire Collective in the same Chrome browser where the extension is installed.

After Connecting

Once connected, you can:

• Crosslist your products to Vestiaire Collective from the Listings page
• View your wardrobe — your existing Vestiaire listings will be indexed and shown in your FLUF dashboard
• Track orders — Vestiaire sales appear in your Orders page alongside other channels

How Vestiaire Works

• Luxury focus — Vestiaire specialises in designer and luxury items. All listings are reviewed by Vestiaire before going live.
• Single-item listings — Each product is a unique listing (no variants or stock quantities)
• Authentication — Higher-value items go through Vestiaire's authentication process to verify authenticity
• Pricing — Vestiaire takes a commission on each sale. The seller earnings are shown at the time of listing.

Troubleshooting

Extension Not Detected

• Ensure the FLUF Utility Chrome Extension is installed and enabled
• Try refreshing the FLUF Connect page
• Check that Chrome extensions are not disabled in your browser settings

Connection Fails After Login

• Make sure you're logged into Vestiaire Collective in Chrome (not another browser)
• Try logging out and back into Vestiaire, then retry
• Clear Vestiaire cookies and log in fresh

Items Skipped Over Their Brand

Vestiaire only accepts a selected list of designer labels, and it changes which ones it takes over time. An item whose brand Vestiaire does not currently accept is skipped rather than listed, and appears in your Listings Log with the brand named.

This is Vestiaire's decision, not something you can change in FLUF — high-street and unbranded items generally will not be accepted. If you think a brand should be accepted, edit the item's brand to the exact label Vestiaire uses (for example the full house name rather than a shortening) and try again. Brands Vestiaire has turned down are automatically re-tried later, so an item skipped today can list on its own once Vestiaire starts accepting that brand again.

Session Expires

Vestiaire sessions expire periodically. If your connection shows as disconnected:

1. Open vestiairecollective.com in Chrome
2. Log in if needed
3. Return to FLUF Connect — the extension will refresh your session automatically
