FLUF Connect
Ricardo (ricardo.ch) is Switzerland's largest marketplace for second-hand goods and collectibles. Connecting it to FLUF brings your Ricardo offers into FLUF so you can list them on eBay, Vinted, Etsy and your other channels.
Connect
- Open FLUF Channels and select Ricardo.
- Enter your Ricardo nickname. It is the name shown on your Ricardo shop page (ricardo.ch/de/shop/nickname/offers/). You can also paste the shop link.
- Click Connect Ricardo.
No password and no browser extension are needed, and it works from your phone. FLUF checks that the nickname exists and then imports your running offers with their photos, price in CHF, condition and category.
What FLUF does with your Ricardo offers today
- Import: your live Ricardo offers appear in FLUF within a few minutes and can be crosslisted to any other channel.
- Not yet available: publishing to Ricardo from FLUF, editing a Ricardo offer from FLUF, and ending a Ricardo offer when the item sells elsewhere. When an item sells on another channel, end the offer on Ricardo yourself for now.
- Sales made on Ricardo are not detected automatically yet. Mark the item as sold in FLUF to take it down from your other channels.

Troubleshooting
- "No Ricardo seller called … was found": the nickname is spelled differently on Ricardo. Open your shop page on ricardo.ch and copy the name from the address bar.
- "Ricardo could not be reached right now": a temporary problem on our side. Try again in a minute.
- Offers missing after import: only offers that are currently running on Ricardo are imported. Ended and sold offers are not.
