Managing Orders

Managing Orders

All orders from every connected marketplace appear in one centralized Orders page.

Orders Dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Connect → Orders
  2. See all orders across channels
  3. Filter by platform, status, date
  4. Search by buyer name, order ID

Order Statuses:

Order Information: Each order shows:

  • Order ID (platform-specific)
  • Buyer name/username
  • Items purchased
  • Total amount
  • Revenue breakdown (items, shipping, fees)
  • Platform/channel
  • Order date
  • Shipping address (for applicable platforms)
  • Fulfilling Orders:

  • Click on order to expand details
  • Review items and shipping address
  • Click 'Fulfill Order'
  • Enter tracking number (optional but recommended)
  • Select carrier
  • Click 'Mark as Fulfilled'
  • What Happens When You Fulfill:

  • Order status updated in FLUF
  • Fulfillment synced to original platform
  • Buyer notified (by platform)
  • Tracking visible to buyer (if provided)
  • Platform-Specific Notes:

    Depop:

  • In-app shipping or ship on your own
  • Mark as shipped in FLUF
  • Depop notifies buyer
  • eBay:

  • eBay requires tracking for seller protection
  • Tracking auto-synced to eBay
  • Buyer can track in eBay
  • Shopify:

  • Shopify sends fulfillment email to buyer
  • Tracking link included if provided
  • Inventory automatically adjusted
  • Vinted:

  • Shipping handled by Vinted system
  • Mark as shipped when dropped off
  • Vinted's prepaid label system tracks automatically
  • Refunds:

  • Click order
  • Click 'Refund'
  • Select full or partial refund
  • Add refund reason/notes
  • Confirm refund
  • Refund Processing:

  • FLUF notifies platform
  • Platform processes refund to buyer
  • You receive notification when complete
  • Inventory can be relisted
  • Bulk Actions:

  • Select multiple orders
  • Bulk fulfill (coming soon)
  • Bulk export for shipping labels
  • Order Analytics:

  • Revenue by channel
  • Orders over time
  • Top-selling items
  • Average order value
  • View detailed analytics in Analytics Dashboard
  • Sync Orders:

  • Orders auto-sync via webhooks/polling
  • Manually sync: Click Sync Orders in Orders page
  • New orders appear within minutes
  • Troubleshooting:

  • Order Missing: Check Sync History, manually sync
  • Can't Fulfill: Verify channel connection
  • Refund Failed: Contact platform support
