Another week, another set of updates —
🎬 New FLUF Connect Demo Video and Support Docs
After decades of being asked, we’ve finally released a walkthrough video showing how to get started with FC.
Mainly intended for brand new users, in the video we cover: How to connect your channels, how to crosslist items, as well as honorable mentions to other supporting features. If you been waiting for this video to get started or meaning to share FC with a friend in video form – here you are!
The video is also located in our new support page, which also contains a growing list of articles on some of the FC’s main features.
💸 Free-mageddon, Explained (Free Package Sunset Clarification):
Last week we announced that on the 1st of December FC is replacing its 500 items free package with a 30 day free trial.
Some extra details to note if you have a free account:
- You will not lose access to FC
- You can still get +500 free products capacity for each person you signup with your referral link
- If you have existing items crosslisted by 1 Dec, we will continue to monitor and sync the items until they are sold
- You will not be able to crosslist additional items
- You will not have access to relisting, offer management or bulk jobs
⚙️ New Bulk Job Actions
This week we added three new bulk actions:
- Set Minimum Price (anything below $x will be set to $x)
- Apply eBay Business Policies
- Enable “Best Offers” on eBay listings (enable items to have offers made on them)
Perfect to avoid big manual changes. We have a growing library of bulk jobs. Let us know if there’s any bulk changes you’re dreading doing manually that we can setup for you.
🧩 Assorted Smaller Improvements
- Listings page: Multi-select listings to crosslist, holding shift and click; Force refresh of list of products data (button added in filters section)
- Listing creation: Fixed bug to keep all created listings visible in the table
- eBay Settings: Enable/Disable Global Shipping Program setting; Disable international shipping; Improvements to category and condition matching
- Vinted Settings: (Experimental) Added image distortion setting to avoid Vinted duplicate detection
