What FLUF Shipping Does

FLUF Shipping lets you arrange the shipping for your marketplace orders without leaving the FLUF Connect dashboard. Compare live rates from multiple carriers, schedule a door pickup, print the label, and the tracking number flows back to the marketplace automatically.

It exists because most resellers either pay full retail at the post office, or run a half-broken patchwork of carrier accounts (one for Royal Mail, one for Evri, one for couriers) that’s miserable to manage. FLUF Shipping consolidates those into one screen with discounted rates baked in.

How It Works (4 Steps)

1. Order arrives — whether it’s from Depop, eBay, Vinted, Shopify, or another connected marketplace, it shows up in your FLUF Connect orders view.
2. Compare rates — FLUF surfaces live rates from supported carriers for the buyer’s address and your parcel size. Pick the cheapest, or the fastest, or the one you trust most for that route.
3. Print the label — instant PDF label, ready to stick on the parcel. Optional door pickup if you don’t want to queue.
4. Tracking syncs back — the carrier tracking number is written back to the marketplace automatically so your buyer is notified without you doing anything else.

Carriers, Rates & Pickups

FLUF Shipping is multi-carrier — you’re not locked to one. The dashboard lets you:

• Compare rates across the carriers we support, side by side, in real time
• Schedule door pickups where the carrier supports them — no driving to a depot, no standing in a post-office queue
• Buy at discounted rates — the rates surfaced in the dashboard are typically cheaper than walking into the post office or buying labels at the carrier counter
• Choose per order — not every order needs the same carrier. A bulky vintage coat to a remote address is a different shipping problem to a small accessory across town. Compare and choose each time.

Auto-Fulfilment Across Marketplaces

The pain of multi-marketplace shipping isn’t usually the label — it’s everything around it. Marking the order shipped on the right marketplace. Pasting the tracking number into the right field. Notifying the buyer. Updating your records.

FLUF Shipping handles all of that automatically. When you buy a label inside FLUF for a Depop order, FLUF marks the order as shipped on Depop and writes the tracking number to the buyer’s order page. Same for eBay, Vinted and the other channels FLUF supports.

This is the "Auto-Fulfil" piece, and it’s the biggest time-saver in the feature for sellers running across three or more marketplaces. No more bouncing between five tabs to fulfil five orders.

Tracking, Stats & Per-Carrier Costs

Every label you buy through FLUF is logged. The Shipping dashboard shows you, at a glance:

• Total shipments — how many orders you’ve shipped through FLUF
• Total spent — what you’ve paid in label costs
• Carrier costs — what the carrier itself charged, separately from any platform markup — so you can see exactly where the money went
• Average markup — transparent pricing, not buried fees
• Shipments by carrier — which carrier you’ve used most, what the average cost was per shipment, and whether your mix is the right one

The data is useful for working out which carrier is genuinely cheapest for your typical orders — the answer is rarely the same across all parcel sizes and destinations.

Why Not Just Use Shopify Shipping?

If you sell on Shopify and only ship Shopify orders, Shopify’s own shipping tools may already be enough. FLUF Shipping is for sellers whose orders come from multiple marketplaces — Depop, Vinted, eBay, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Poshmark, Wallapop — and who don’t want to log into each one to fulfil.

FLUF Shipping is also available even if you don’t have a Shopify store at all. It’s a standalone shipping layer that works with whatever marketplace your order came from.

Setup

1. Open the Shipping tab in your FLUF Connect dashboard at fluf.io/connect → Shipping.
2. Add your default address — your "ship from" address used for rate calculations and pickups.
3. Top up your shipping balance (or connect payment) — labels are paid as you go.
4. Ship your first order — FLUF will guide you through it, and your tracking number will appear on the marketplace within a minute.
