Antique/Vintage Radio Spare Parts 20s,30s,40s,50s,60s
Description
This lot includes a variety of vintage radio electronic components organized in plastic storage cases. These parts are typically used in amateur (Ham) radio equipment, specifically for antenna tuning and frequency control and radio equipment. Also in homebrew antenna tuners or vintage transmitters like the 1930s-style "Tuned-Not-Tuned" (TNT) or "Tuned-Plate Tuned-Grid" (TPTG) designs. Such equipment was used by amateur radio operators to communicate via CW (Morse code) or SSB (single sideband) modes. These parts are typically used in building or repairing high-power transmitters, antenna tuners, and receivers.
It includes many rare and hard to find pieces. They are untested but have been carefully cared for through their life. These were not kept thrown in random containers but carefully secured to protect their integrity. These were not collected by me but by a lifelong collector who recently passed away at 99. I may have a few more that pop up with some other items I'll be selling.
