Shortly after its mid-2004 release, Marilyn Manson filed a legal injunction against his former guitarist, Scott Putesky (Daisy Berkowitz), forcing the immediate withdrawal, recall, and discontinuation of this album from all retail shelves.

This specific copy features the original, clear-and-red Hot Topic Listening Station sticker permanently affixed to the front of the jewel case. When the corporate recall occurred, store managers were ordered to destroy and dispose of these listening station copies.
