Vintage Japanese Musical Jewellery Box Ebonised Dancer Mirror Key Working

A charming vintage Made in Japan black lacquer jewellery box featuring traditional Japanese scenic artwork, a fully working wind-up musical movement, rotating dancing doll, mirror, and original key. These decorative jewellery boxes were popular Japanese export pieces during the 1950s–1970s and remain highly collectible today.

Finished in black lacquer with hand-decorated Japanese scenery including Mount Fuji, pagodas, torii gate and boats, the interior is lined with vibrant pink velvet and features multiple storage compartments, a lift-out jewellery tray, and a revolving dancing doll that turns while the music plays.

The music box is fully working, the original winding key is present, and the dancing doll rotates smoothly when activated and music plays.
