Vintage Studio Pottery Stoneware Utensil Jar Vase Hand Thrown Signed Ceramic

A beautiful vintage hand-thrown studio pottery vessel with a softly waisted form, finished in a warm cream stoneware glaze with hand-painted brown botanical leaf decoration.

The pot features attractive throwing rings throughout and an impressed maker's mark to the base, although I have been unable to identify the potter. A versatile piece that works equally well as a utensil holder, vase, planter or decorative studio pottery display.

The neutral earthy tones make it an ideal addition to rustic, country, Scandinavian or mid-century inspired interiors.
