A striking large mid-century white glazed ceramic table lamp designed in the form of an Ionic column. Rich in classical influence, the lamp features a beautifully moulded architectural column with raised geometric relief, decorative scroll panels to the plinth and an elegant fleur-de-lis style capital, giving it a bold sculptural presence even before a shade is fitted.

Condition

Good vintage condition overall. The lamp is fully working and presents very well. There are light signs of age and use consistent with a vintage piece, including minor wear to the underside and small surface marks. There is one small chip to the bottom of the column where it meets the base. This can be seen in the last image. Please study all photographs carefully as they form part of the description.
