Black lined sequin semi pleats ethnic hippie boho gypsy skirt tie waist New Look

Black fine crinkley weave (suggest it's likely viscose) sequined ethnic hippie boho gypsy festival skirt from New Look.
It feels and looks a bit like chiffon but a tad thicker.

Unusual flared style with sort of gored /kick pleated panels...not ironed in pleats, they simply fall that way due to the way the panels have been inserted...(I dont think you could even iron the pleats in place as this would likley melt the sequins).

Zipped at waist and ties/wide band to tie at the side...which then covers the waist and top of skirt.

No size labels, but measures 15" approx flat across waist.. = 30" waist max.

Length approx 25".
I found the best way to improve it's hang (as you can see it's a tad more creased than it should be after being stored) is to wash it (gentle wash) then drip dry it on a hanger from the waist.
The lining is the same fabric but just without the rows of sequins.

As private sellers (I'm not a business seller) we're not actually obliged to accept returns unless an item is faulty or if something has been described incorrectly, as per Ebay's Private sellers policy...
I sell items I no longer wear or have bought and then never worn,..and hence why I prefer to state 'no returns'.

You can see from my feedback that all the items I sell are good quality items (even stated as better than described in many cases), so simply leaving a neutral or negative feedback with no contact, or chance given for me to put it right, or explain, isn't terribly fair.
