fw99 RRL Double RL 3 Star Suede Ranch Jacket Tan Western

Vintage Double RL (RRL) suede ranch jacket from early 3-star era, dating to fw99 (estimated).

A strong example of RRL’s late 90s–early 2000s production, when the line focused heavily on historically informed western garments using imported Japanese and New Zealand materials.

Constructed from soft cowhide suede with a natural, uneven patina developed over time. The jacket features a clean western silhouette with panelled yoke construction, welt chest pockets and flap waist pockets, finished with a period-correct YKK zipper and full interior lining.

The longer length (82cm) gives it a subtle coat-like presence, sitting between traditional ranchwear and tailored outerwear — a design language typical of early RRL.

Condition: vintage worn with visible marks, staining and a small paint mark. One cuff strap has partially detached stitching but can be easily repaired. Leather remains soft and structurally sound.
