Cosmetic condition:

The left and right screens are in fair condition due to noticeable scratches, scuffs and wear. The casing is in poor condition due to heavy scuffs, dents, scratches and wear. This wear is very noticeable on the casing. The ports show heavy signs of use with scuffs and wear around them. The port itself is still functional. The headband is in poor condition due to many scuffs, scratches, wear, and stains. The cables that connect the headset to another device are in poor condition with heavy use and may include some damage to the sheath. This headset does not include any controllers. The facial interface is in poor condition with moderate to heavy wear. There is noticeable cracking, scuffs, scratches, and/or wear from use. Functionality condition:

Both the left and right screens are fully functional with no damage or issues. Audio was tested by playing a video and works properly. The camera is working well and produces clear images. No controllers are included with this headset.
