Vintage 1980s Blue Floral Dressing Gown Robe UK 16 to 18

Gorgeous vintage dressing gown 💙 A long baby blue 1980s robe with that classic waffle texture, pink and blue floral print across the chest and a matching tie belt.

The shape is wonderfully easy and relaxed, falling almost to the ankle with straight three quarter sleeves, deep front overlap and a loose body that can be pulled in at the waist with the belt. The little painted looking flowers against the powder blue are exactly the sort of beautifully dated detail we love finding.

Made in the UK by Contesa and labelled size 16/18. Based on the 23" pit to pit and wrap construction, I would keep this at a modern UK 16 to 18 rather than sizing it down. There is some flexibility in the fit through the adjustable wrap front.

Good wearable vintage condition. Just a little snag (photographed) but that can be snipped off!
