Vintage 1990s bright floral fit-and-flare dress by Red Rose, bursting with red poppies, sky-blue blooms, navy flowers, yellow accents and fresh green leaves. The joyful oversized print and swishy silhouette give it a brilliant dopamine-dressing feel.
